Péssima experiência! Descaso com o hóspede.

Não gostamos da experiencia!

Cons:

Ar condicionado quebrado, calor de 30 graus no quarto, não resolveram o problema.
Cofre não funcionava.

Não tivemos assistência, nem possibilidade de trocar de quarto…sequer um pedido de desculpas.
