Un hotel cómodo, bonito y cerca del centro
Pros:

El hotel es precioso. Nosotros teníamos vistas al río desde la habitación, lo que era una maravilla. El gimnasio está muy bien. Llevamos coche eléctrico y cargamos sin problema en el parking del hotel. Está muy cerca para ir andando al centro. Tiene una terraza con vistas al río y a la ciudad para tomar algo.

Cons:

Creo que el desayuno podría ser mejor. Los zumos industriales eran bastante malos. Solo había huevos revueltos y poco embutido de calidad.

Oporto
Pros:

Un hotel muy moderno a orillas del río Duero, con espectaculares vistas y una terraza-bar en la azotea. También tiene SPA y gimnasio (no los hemos usado). La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación muy limpia. Todo muy moderno, nuevo. Hasta hay un "robotito" que acerca los pedidos de comida desde el restaurante (planta baja) al bar de la azotea... divertido!

Cons:

Está un poco alejado del centro histórico de Oporto, y no tiene comunicación por metro. La parada del bus 500 está a 2 min del hotel, te lleva hasta la estación de metro/tren Sao Bento en unos 15 min, de ahí se puede llegar a cualquier punto de interés turístico. La única pega es que los buses no son puntuales y el tráfico en el centro de la ciudad es realmente caótico. En este mismo bus, pero cogiéndolo en dirección contraria, se puede llegar a las playas.

Gostei da amabilidade de nos terem oferecido uma suite.
Gostei do atendimento e da disponibilidade que nos demonstraram tornando-nos em hóspedes especiais.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nowy hotel. Jakość bez zarzutu z jednym wyjątkiem.

Cons:

Przy śniadaniu obowiązują jakieś dziwne procedury. Jeden człowiek tworzy kolejkę do kolejki pomimo że wolne są stoliki. Absurdalne procedury.

Pros:

Konumu iyi ama yine de temel yerlere minimum yarım saatlik yürüme mesafesi var. Ancak nehir kenarı oluşu büyük artı… Kahvaltısı başarılı. Oda kalitesi yüksek idi.

Cons:

Konum bahsedildiği kadar iyi değil, yürüme mesafesi ama direk merkezin içi değil, yarım saat yürüme süresi var. Geldiğimizde 3. yatak hazır değildi, istediğimizde destek sağlandı. Havlu eksikliği yaşadık. Otopark için ilk gece yer bulamadık, ikinci gün yer açıldı. Otopark kapısında arabayı sürttüm zira kapı zaten dar iken bir de çöp kutuları dönüş manevrasını iyice darlaştırmıştı.

Struttura moderna, pulitissima e personale davvero gentile.
Colazione top.
Camere spaziose.
Vista bellissima sul fiume Douro da alcune camere e dalla sala colazione.

Cons:

Un po' fuori dal centro, che però è raggiungibile con una camminata di 20 minuti in zona tranquilla, di cui una parte lungo il fiume.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The view is iconic! The courtyard is fantastic. The staff is helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. Very nice stay.

Cons:

The only minor problem was the spa staff was never available. Staff says they arrive at 10 bet several days nobody was there. I was out on tours and stuff and when I came back they were closed. No massage.

Pros:

The hotel was very modern, the room was lovely and comfortable, the gym facilities were good. THe location was great, walking distance to the centre.

Cons:

An espresso machine in the room would have been great, also I had to pay £2 for a biscuit, usually there are some complimentary biscuits in hotels.
