Schöner, ruhiger Innenhof. Sehr sauber, schön ausgestattete Zimmer.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof gebucht. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Flussblick, Ausblick sehr schön, aber durch die Straße sehr laut. An erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken, weder mit offener Tür noch mit geschlossener Fenstertür. Nach langer Diskussion bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer in den Innenhof. Wer gut schlafen will, wählt die Zimmer zum Innenhof (nicht Garten, dort hört man die ganze Zeit eine Klimaanlage) . Wen Autolärm nicht stört, der genießt den Flussblick 😉.

Breakfast was very good
The hotel has incorporated an old historic building into a modern, well-designed hotel. The staff were exceptional & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The roof-top bar offers snacks and great views.

Fantastic stay in a quieter area but a short walk to the busier bustle of the river side bars and restaurants.
Porto is a wonderful city and not too expensive for a great city break or as we had 6 nights.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the roof top bar has spectacular views. We would recommend a stay at the Neya Hotel.
We stayed 6 nights ... the fried breakfast variation just needs up grading a little ie ,bacon isnt really bacon its a cheap alternative ,the mini hot dog sausage are not what is expected on a english breakfast ,hash browns and fried tomatoes are good but only once in 6 days isnt good .

A localização é ótima, relativamente perto da Ribeira. As vistas são maravilhosas e o pequeno almoço é muito variado e completo. A parte de trás do hotel também é muito acolhedor e não existe qualquer barulho/incomodo durante a noite.
Em relação ao quarto, existem alguns factores que podem ser melhorados como as paredes do quarto em que se encontram com riscas pretas; o tapete debaixo da cama precisa de uma limpeza mais profunda porque está bastante manchada; a pressão da água na pia quando se vira para o lado quente, diminui bastante; o ferro de engomar ainda é muito antigo e com uma tábua pequena e já queimada o que não valoriza os serviços de um hotel de 4 estrelas. E em relação ao pequeno almoço, os cafés não oferecerem a melhor qualidade devido a ser em máquina e não alguém a fazer. O que não permite a pessoa optar por opções alternativas se tiver alguma intolerância com lactose.
Great location, only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. Staff were super friendly and rooms were very clean.
Saturdays and Sundays there is a night club right next door which opens at 6am!!! And closed at 12 noon. It wakes you up in the morning if you stay at the front of the hotel

Personal auf der Dachterrasse sehr unfreundlich, auf einmal wurde man wegen einer Privatveranstaltung von der Dachterrasse rausgeworfen, Preise auf der Dachterrasse zu teuer
