Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment incroyable, beaucoup de choix et très bons. Le cadre est magnifique, le site est authentique. Très belle vue sur le Douro.

Cons:

Problème de chasse d’eau dans notre chambre et les lits trop durs pour nous. Un Rooftop très sympa mais des consommations trop chères.

I would not stay there again
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Reception staff friendly but options were limited. We were offered brownies, welcoming drinks and a bubble drink at 10:00 pm after complaint.

Cons:

Poor condition for cost: handle in bathroom broken, “massage cushion” tore, coffee maker “broken”

Lovely room and location but parking difficult in peak season and breakfast could be better
Pros:

Lovely room with balcony & river view. Good location.
Clean. Comfy beds.
Staff friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Parking at hotel initially not available and nowhere to park nearby. Parking in Porto is very expensive.
Breakfast not great - busy, tables very close together, had to wait for things to be replenished and coffee awful

Limited and not disclosed on booking. Parking garage is limited to only 20 guests / 20 spots. After they are booked you have to find your own parking so nothing is included. There was an running marathon event during our stay, the entire street was closed down for hours, no info or heads up was given prior to booking otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel due to limited parking and no Ubers could get into the area because of the event.
