Cons:

住宿地點離車站不遠，但是如果搭JR到的話，必須走通天閣方向出口才有電梯，另一側從南海電鐵共用的出口，JR方向是沒有電梯的。附近有很多街友露宿，晚上出入的時候會擔心。針對連續住房的旅客如果更換浴巾需另外收費我個人認為不合理，因為房間已經沒有打掃，連住也沒有比較便宜。還有每一層樓男女都只有二間衛浴和洗手間非常不足，而且進出衛浴還得輸入密碼有點麻煩，上完廁所連洗個手都要走到衛浴室按密碼進去洗手，太不方便了。衛浴間的公共區（吹頭髮的地方）應該提供椅子。
