Instalaciones muy dejadas, se necesita modernizar. No hay agua caliente, y el wifi no funcionó durante casi toda nuestra estadía

Un café me pareció caro, la habitación no tenía nada de luz natural, tenía olor a humedad y viejo, la ropa de cama y las toallas parecían ya demasiado desgastadas y la habitación nunca me transmitió sensación de limpieza

Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean, the AC worked well and the staff was very friendly. Parking was included but it’s actually 4-5 spot max. We were also able to leave the luggage in a locked room while we went to Chichen Itza on the check out day.

Cons:

The city center is 20+ mins walk which is a lot in the heat. The pool had probably seen better days and is a bit small but it served its purpose. Lastly, there is not lift so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs ourselves.
