Naboo Resort & Dive Center - Adults Only

One of the most well kept, organized resorts we’ve ever stayed if not the best. Absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff are beyond kind and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee every morning 💕 Best ceviche, mojitos, and nachos on the island!
Beautiful well kept pool & hot tub, great housekeeping, dive shop onsite was probably the best and safest we’ve ever been to. All of the dive shop staff were absolutely incredible. You really could not ask for a better place to stay.

A quiet beautiful location very close to the beach but far enough not to hear the noise. Super friendly staff everywhere you go. Easy diving experience with the best dive instructors I’ve ever experienced. Can’t recommend enough!

Very well located, good food, comfortable beds

I have been coming for many years to Roatan and make Naboo Resort my go to destination. I have stayed at other place on the island and found this hotel the best for diving, food, quiet, friendliness, ambiance and price. You are always well taken care of. The main reason for picking Naboo is because of the dive shop. I bring my own gear as I am a long term diver but their equipment is in excellent shape, they are highly professional and experienced, very accommodating and focus on the customer. They cover a range of dive sites and varying sites for varying skill levels. Their prices are quite reasonable too. Elise, who manages the shop, is the best.

The hotel was great, not too big perfect for what I was looking for, it was great to have the dive shop at the hotel and the beach was so close. You could find restaurants and take taxi water to the west end as well.

We were pleasantly surprised to recognize our server, Marvin, who we met back in 2024 while in Roatan. We remembered him from his friendly disposition, and we got to chatting.
Marvin informed us that the pasta and desert is homemade. Towards the end of our meal he also recommended we check out The Roatan Brewery and The Roatan Chocolate Factory, which I appreciated because we were looking for something else to do other than relax on the beach.

Seeing Marvin was great and his service is also unmatched!

What a lovely resort! We are not fans of large resorts and prefer adults only if we can get it. Naboo 100% fit the bill. While just a couple of minutes' walk from beautiful West Bay Beach, you would never know that you're so close to tons (frankly, too many) people from all of the hotels and cruise ship crowds. The rooms are simple but have everything you need, including a drying rack (thank you!). The pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing. The restaurant is very good. Most of all, the staff are just the best and work so hard so please tip them well. To name just a few: Amy, Edith, Marvin, Eduardo, Omar, Iris, Kenneth, Luther, and the housekeeping staff are all so nice, professional, and full of local knowledge and recommendations that they are happy to share.
Naboo was perfect because of its location and peacefulness. Although the sidewalk going to the beach was under construction right by the resort, we were still able to walk right through the site or take the resort's other exit that entailed a VERY short detour. On the days when we did not have excursions planned we would get up early to snorkel at West Bay before the crowds descended upon the beach and stirred up the water. The visibility was fantastic most of the time (not so much after the people left in the afternoon). Then we would hang out at the resort pool during the beach's busiest hours (usually til 2 or 3) and head back to the beach in the late afternoon where there were gorgeous sunsets that you can watch while hanging out in the water. There were tons of dinner options within walking distance so we had lots of choices that were convenient in addition to the restaurant at the resort.
We met some people who had stayed at Naboo many times and they return every year. I can see why. You really do not miss anything by not being right on the beach. In fact, IMO it was preferable because the beach gets so crowded during the day due to overtourism from cruise ships. It's so much more pleasant at night when bars/restaurants have music and other entertainment. There is something for everyone. Naboo is a lovely, quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of West Bay Beach with the best staff. We hope to see you again soon!

Highly recommend the Resort and Dive shop! The owner of the resort is frequently there and very easily accessible for any needs. Ms Adriana and I communicated frequently before our arrival and she ensured that the staff was well prepared for us when my group arrived. She was the first to greet us on arrival which was very reassuring and personal. The front desk staff like Roschelle, Wendy, as well as Luther, the driver for our excursions, were very friendly and SO very helpful. Anything we asked for or needed they got it for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was well maintained. You can tell that the staff is very much like a big family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them and will be back again.
The dive shop was by far the best that our group has been associated with! Very efficient, well run, and organized. Elise runs a GREAT shop! And her status board is AWESOME! She communicated with me to get our group's information prior to arrival ensuring they had everything necessary for us to have a successful and fun diving trip. The dive masters like Maru, Coco and Sarah are all excellent! We dove with all of them and highly recommend any of them! The boat captains are 1st class as well assisting several of us with our gear to ensure we never missed a dive. And the diving was great without having to go deep or a long boat ride. Can't wait to go back!

This was our 2nd stay at Naboo. We were there last November 2025 and it poured rained the entire week, so we took a do over in May 2026. BTW even the rain, the experience was amazing. The staff just makes this place EVERY time.

TLDR: Nice, SMALL, Adults only resort, great staff, good food, comfortable resort with a lovely pool and a Dive Shop with a great reputation.

First. Adults only! This makes for a chill vibe and quiet, relaxing stay. I don't dive, so what is happening at the pool and around the resort matters! This place is very quiet. If that is your thing you will love it, if not, you are close to other locations in West Bay for some action.

The rooms are comfortable (there are only like 18 of them). AC works great, the bed is quite firm and the bathroom is roomy with a nice layout. Storage in the king room is limited but the room itself is spacious. The porch is also very spacious with nice furniture. It is clean and modern and feels new and well kept.

The restaurant is solid. Love their ceviche, fish burger, quesadilla (it IS HUGE) and their salad is so fresh. The house made bread sticks and focaccia are a favorite as well as the house made hot sauce.

Breakfast has so many options. Usually meat, eggs and potatoes--they do a good job of rotating them daily. Then there are the regional items. I love the baleadas (Sundays and Wednesdays I believe). Just so good!!! I know the cream is traditional with them, but like the ranchero sauce with a little house made hot sauce mixed in. Also love the Pastelitos--one morning chicken, another beef. They are great. The staff at the restaurant is amazing. Iris is handling things most mornings she is sweet and took fantastic care of us. Learned our preferences very quickly. The guys, Marvin, Omar, Kenneth and Eduardo are all so sweet and also get to know you. Marvin, Kenneth and Eduardo remember us from last time and it was like seeing your family again. Staff matters!!!

My husband is the diver and he really likes the dive shop and all the dive masters at Naboo. I feel comfortable knowing he is safe and well taken care of. He likes that he can leave his gear in the shop and he mentioned how easy it is to have everything taken care of it. Lots of return divers at Naboo, so says something.

The rest of the staff is lovely!! From the time Luther picked us up at the airport (and the times he drove us other places on the island). He was so nice and took great care of us all week.

Wendy started our day with a smile at breakfast and was very helpful and friendly at the front desk. Vilma made sure we had everything we needed and also greeted us with a warm hello and sweet smile every time we saw her. Roschelle made sure we had what we needed at night including arranging for Luther to pick us up from West End one evening. And Denisia was pleasant and helped us as needed when she was at the desk.

Naboo may not be beachfront, but the beach is a short walk away and the new path makes things much easier. Be sure to head down to the beach Sunday night for Crab Races (for charity) and the fire dancers. End of the walk to the right (have a drink, skip the food there, go to the left for Pizza!) Naboo really is the best of chill and location!

The morning breakfast buffet was great service and wonderful variety throughout the week. Authentic foods and American variety. Clean rooms and maid staff service daily.

Spacious well furnished rooms. The food was very good and generous portions. Staff was very attentive, delivered bags to our rooms which was nice since there is no elevator. Dive shop was first class. Short walk to the beach to get to the dive boats. Dive Master / Instructors were excellent. I like to set up my own gear, no problem. Some of our group liked it set up for them, again, no problem. No swimming the group into current to get out of the water quicker. 12 dives over 8 days all right at 60 minutes. I will be back.

El hotel es pequeno pero estaba muy lindo y extremadamente limpio. El desayuno estuvo muy completo y el personal sumamente atento. Suficientemente cerca de la playa, a unos minutos caminando y un area bonita y cerca de varios restaurantes y lugares de interes.

Loved my experience there. The rooms were clean the pool was clean and the food was amazing . Eduardo was by far my favorite employee! Gracias por todo mi amigo
