Pros:

Excellent experience! The staff were extremely helpful, the food was good, and the gardens and outdoor areas were exceptionally well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was great, and the children's playground made the experience even better for families with kids. We booked our safari through the hotel, and everything went really smoothly. The prices were also very reasonable.

Cons:

The room and bathroom could benefit from some improvements, such as minor touch-ups to the paintwork and replacing some furniture that is showing signs of wear. However, overall, everything was good.

Perfect stay
Pros:

It’s hard to put into words just how kind and welcoming the hotel staff were. From the moment we arrived until we left, I noticed little thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for. Everyone, from the manager to the housekeeping staff, helped make our stay feel personal and special.
The hotel was more spacious than we expected. The pool was lovely and clean, and there was a small playground that our daughter could enjoy. The location was also perfect for our safari the following day. We took dinner , breakfast and after the safari we came back for lunch as the restaurant was good. The staff was flexible, there was no baby cot available, but the staff were able to set up a small bed in our room for our daughter.

Great pool and kids play area. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was great - it felt like extra good authentic home cooking. Our room was spacious. We had a relaxing stay. We organised our safari through the hotel too and that was super easy.

Cons:

Grounds were lovely and the food was awesome.

Leuke uitvalsbasis voor een safari en ontspannen verblijf om even tot rust te komen.
Pros:

Fijn verblijf op een mooie afgelegen plek aan een riviertje. Groot zwembad en personeel is heel vriendelijk. Goed restaurant en leuke bediening, vooral Hasanthi heeft gezorgd voor een fijne sfeer. Op 10-15 minuten rijden van het dorpje met nog leuke opties om te eten. Dicht bij het park voor een safari.

Perfekcyjny przystanek przed Safari

Very big and nice rooms. Really good pool for kids - with both shallow and deep water for adults.

Staff is very friendly, they are also very flexible with breakfast on the day of safari visit.

Cons:

They dont have baby cots available, but we imrpovised by moving the mattress on the floor.

Beautify property, large clean room and great pool. Staff were fantastic!

Huge room, clean, lovely friendly staff and great food. Pool is fantastic and the grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

Room configuration wasn’t quite right for a family of 4, a single and an extra large double. And not a negative but just be aware it’s out of town so harder to get other food options.
