Personal, Lage, Frühstück und Parksituation gut - ich würde aufgrund des Zimmer allerdings nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück im geneinsamen Frühstücksraum ist gut, die Parkplätze sind ebenfalls sehr praktisch und kostenlos. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Gebäude an sich schön. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Park. Es war sauber.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war wirklich nicht toll. Direkt über der Raucherecke gelegen und sobald man das Fenster geöffnet hat (wegen nicht vorhandener Lüftung/Klimaanlage), hat es auch nachts extrem nach Rauch gestunken. Die Türen lassen sehr viel Schall durch und auch nachts war es laut. Die Einrichtung war (zumindest in meinem Zimmer) stark in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Das Bad ebenfalls.

Preiswerte Unterkunft verkehrsgünstig gelegen - meine Empfehlung
Pros:

Das CJD liegt günstig an einer Straßenbahnlinie knapp 100 Meter von der Haltestelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer in der von mir gebuchten Preisklasse ist einfach aber funktional eingerichtet. Das Bett ist relativ hart, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Zimmer, Bad und Dusche waren sehr sauber. Den Preis für das Frühstück fand ich durchaus angemessen, obwohl ich wegen der frühen Abreise es nicht genossen habe.

Cons:

Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Lage zur Straße hin. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt ausgesprochen heiß, so dass ich ein Fenster aufgekippt lassen musste. Der Lärm von der Straße war entsprechend. ABER: auch da hat das CJD vorgesorgt: ein Satz Ohrstöpsel lag griffbereit auf dem Tisch! :-))
