Pros:

Der Blick in den Garten und die Ruhe waren fein!

Cons:

Gerade der Frühstücksraum hat ein wenig das Flair einer Jugendherberge oder Rehaklinik, muss man mögen.

Preiswert und funktional, perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Sehr preiswerte Unterkunft, direkt an der Tram und mit dieser in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof/Zentrum.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, gute Lage, funktionale Ausstattung und sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr funktional, aber waren für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt.
Das einzig wirklich negative ist die Lautstärke. Die Zimmer die nicht zum Hof sondern zur Straße liegen sind nachts relativ laut durch den Autoverkehr. Mit den beiliegenden Ohrstöpseln war es allerdings kein Problem.

Gelungener Aufenthalt für die Geschäftsreise - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, herrlich im Grünen gelegen und ein Park hinter dem Haus. S-Bahn 100 Meter vor dem Hause, nach Bonn rein ca. 10 min. Sogar die spätanreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten wurde ermöglicht. Vielen Dank.

Gute Lage und Parkplätze
Pros:

Es war sehr nah an der Messe, zu der ich gegangen bin. Parkplätze waren ausreichend da und Nacht-check-in durch die Box hat super geklappt.

Cons:

Das Rührei beim Frühstück sah nicht mehr besonders frisch aus - vermutlich vom Vortag.
