The location is good - next to the Parliament and it's clean.

Cons:

We were given a room on the last floor, in the furtherest end of the hotel. This room seemed to have been forgotten by the hotel staff as half of the room amenities were missing. There was supposed to be a mini fridge - there wasn't. There was no remote for the AC, no WI Fi connection and and the design of the room itself didn't make it very comfortable.
The room that our friend was given on the 4th floor was better and more comfortable so probably not all rooms are like the one we stayed in.
Overall it wasn't worth the money paid.

Pros:

Checked in late, but staff were there to help us out. A bit out of the way, maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, but easy enough to navigate. Went for the Surve Festival in Pernik, so access to the train was great.
