Pretty good location and one of the more reasonably priced places in Kadikoy.
Pros:

Great location, bright, cute little balcony overlooking the street, good soundproofing and public transportation only a five minute walk.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small

Pros:

Очень небольшой отель находится в районе ресторанов и баров, завтрак отсутствует, но рядом очень много мест для еды, бронировали самый большой номер с террасой, интернет работал

Cons:

Номер немного староват, на террасе не было подушек для диванов, обещанный вид на море отсутствует

Pros:

Very good location. Right on the main street with many bars, restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The hotel description says it is non-smoking but it is not. People have smoked in the rooms, the smell of smoke is ingrained and the staff does nothing when you point it out. The cleaning of the rooms is a disaster. Old LPG cigarette butts left after the previous guest. Dust falls from the ventilation.

Отличное расположение, прекрасное место
Pros:

Отличный отель в прекрасной зоне. Несмотря на то, что он, кажется, семейный, на стойке регистрации всегда есть человек. Расположен близко от метро и парома, а вокруг много пешеходных улочек с кафе, барами, ресторанами.
В номере чисто, всё есть. Кофе, чай и вода бесплатны.
Когда у нас возникла проблема с кондиционером, мы пришли в 10 вечера на ресепшн, все починили уже на следующее утро.

Cons:

Нам было нормально, но пишу на случай, если есть более чувствительные люди: так как окна выходят на тусовочную улицу, прямо под окном ресторан, и там где-то до полуночи живая музыка. Поют хорошо, в ноты попадают, но но довольно громко.

Cons:

Das Hotel war leider sehr schmutzig. Die Lage war außerdem sehr laut, abends konnte man kaum schlafen. Das Personal war auch überhaupt nicht freundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
