Great Views!
Pros:

Big hotel, nice and quite. Parking is available and some.good food options just across the road.
The view was amazing of the whole port!!

Cons:

I wasn't able to use the spa due to my tattoos. Location unfortunately was a bit far from transportation so we had to hire a car which turned out to be an amazing experience so was actually a win.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Um Chiba und Tokio zu erkunden ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr runtergekommen. In unserem Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett löste sich der Teppichboden und die Einrichtung war durchweg kaputt und Lampen haben nicht funktioniert. Es wurden zwar Handtücher ausgetauscht, darüber hinaus gab es allerdings keinen Service. Insgesamt war das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand.

お部屋やエントランスなど全体的に広く作られており、圧迫感がなく良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の鍵が物理キー🔑だったくらいです。

Good location. If you want food best to stay central Chiba as no food available on site or nearby.
Pros:

Location next to the arena for a sports event

Cons:

Dated. Mainly unused areas. Hotel charged me more than what booking.com quoted.
Room service doesn’t exist
Bathroom overflows when you take a shower
