Pros:

大浴場が付いているところ、ウェルカムドリンクが長い時間、やってるところ。

Cons:

室内に電話はなかった。フロントとやりとりしにくい。宿泊施設に直接電話を外部からするとき、スタッフと話すまで、電話操作が大変。一番初めのボタン操作で、スタッフ対応を入れて欲しい。決められた範囲の質問だけとは限らないから。

Good location for further travel
Pros:

The hotel was nice for a good night's sleep after a long flight. It's conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station, making it easy to travel further around Japan. The hotel was OK, and the staff were friendly. We were obviously upgraded to a larger room, which we're grateful for.

Cons:

There wasn't anything in particular I didn't like. It was a hotel we chose for one night. We checked in late and checked out very early. It served its purpose.

Pros:

東京駅から近く場所も分かりやすかった。
チェックインも丁寧に対応していただき安心できました。部屋も静かでリラックスできました。

Cons:

部屋が7階だったので3階の浴場に行くのが面倒になってしまい行けなかったのが残念でした。
部屋の匂いが少し気になりました。

Wonderful location
Pros:

Great location and I liked they actually had cleansers etc for us to choose. The leg relaxer was the best and sorry I only had some Asia’s leaving.

Cons:

Onsen was just okay. Breakfast was adequate but nice space and!
