De super hotel únicamente el nombre. No vayan.
Pros:

La ubicación. El onsen está bien pero no te puedes secar el pelo, tienes que hacerlo en la súper habitación Hay helado gratis hasta las 9 pm.

Cons:

Habitación mínima. 12 m2 en los cuales se incluye el baño. Moqueta sucísima. Nuestra habitación apestaba a pies pero si queríamos un cambio eran 60€ más por noche. El hall también pequeño e incómodo. La relación calidad/precio está disparada. Desayuno correcto.
No volvería. 225€/noche creo que dan para más.

Very good.
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, very clean , excellent location and toiletries.

Cons:

The basic room is crazy small and the beds too hard, even when we updated to a larger room. They could offer some sort of extra cushion for the beds.

Location, Onsen, amenities.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station and within walking distance of many places I wanted to visit. It also has an onsen, which was perfect to enjoy and relax in after a long day of walking.

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel could offer more refreshment and snack options at night. A wider selection of healthier drink choices would also be a nice improvement for guests.

Location, for train to airport and shops/ restaurants.
Staff were pleasant

Cons:

Soulless place very expensive for what you get, rooms are basic, no real comforts,bathrooms are tiny. Picking your own pillow is a gimmick not really understanding why.
Free drinks and bar again cheap and nothing much to eat/ drink
