EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable con vistas sobre la Catedral de Iesi. El desayuno completo y muy bien surtido. El servicio excepcional, nos atendió Cleo con un trato y educción exquisita.
Como el alojamiento se encuentra dentro del centro histórico donde no es posible acceder con coche, te indican un aparcamiento gratuito donde puedes dejar el coche a muy poca distancia del alojamiento, pero para evitar que cargues con maletas, ellos ofrecen un servicio gratuito y te van a buscar en su propio coche y te acompañan de nuevo el día de la salida. Más cómodo, imposible.

Ottimo soggiorno, incluso per la nonna che viaggiava con noi e ha potuto godere la città.
Pros:

La struttura era ottima, un piccolo albergo con tutte le comodità moderne e il fascino di un vecchio edificio, nello stesso centro del magnifico borgo di Jesi. I servizi hanno stati eccellenti, molto amabili et flessibili incluso per portarci dal parcheggio all’albergo e ritorno. Grazie mille per un accoglienza ottima !

Struttura bellissima sia dal punto di vista estetico che per comfort e cura dei dettagli funzionali. Letto comodissimo.
La colazione una vera chicca, è possibile ordinare la sera precedente e quanto richiesto viene portato fresco dalla pasticceria.
Bravissima Francesca, eccezionale per cortesia, disponibilità e accoglienza davvero sincera.
Consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Das Hotel hat sehr schön und neu eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Zuerst wollte man uns ein Zimmer geben, dessen Tür sich unmittelbar zum Frühstückraum öffnete. Wer wäre damit jemals einverstanden? Auf unsere Bitte gab man uns ein anderes Zimmer, jedoch wurde nicht berücksichtigt, dass es sich um ein schlechter klassiertes Zimmer handelte.

Am Vorabend musste das Frühstück aus einem sehr eingeschränkten Angebot ausgewählt werden. Nicht mal Brot stand zur Auswahl. Man konnte nur belegtes Toastbrot oder gefüllte Croissants wählen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass keine Eierspeisen mehr angeboten werden könnten, da es Hygieneprobleme gegeben habe…

Das Checkout ist bereits um 10.00 Uhr.

Bei unserer Ankunft hat die Rezeptionistin das Checkin nicht korrekt gemacht. Das wollte sie dann beim Checkout nachholen, was wir sehr irritierend fanden.

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es hier primär um die Interessen des Hotels geht. Das Personal fanden wir inkompetent.
