Cosy, nice & easy access to convince store and restaurant.
Pros:

Room concept nice & cosy.

Cons:

water bottles in the room smells bad. please bring your own bottle as you need to take drinking water from dispenser outside the room.

Cons:

No lifts, so, quite inconvenient for older people. Sound proofing is poor, so, you can hear people talking quite loudly. Corridors are too dimly lit.

Location wise the hotel is definitely for people who like to walk around the area only. The facilities can be improved.
Pros:

Friendly & helpful staffs, few restaurants, laundry service & 24 hrs Servay Express nearby, easy to get car parking.

Cons:

Guests with baby should consider other hotel as there will be noise disruption due the 24 hrs Servay Express & laundry service nearby. No lift provided & the suitable room for family located at second floor. However, the staffs were helpful & will bring your luggage for you. The bed was not comfortable for people with back pain (might be the problem with the spring). The aircond did not cool the room that effective.

Very disappointing stay. The moment we entered the family room, there was already a strong cigarette smell, like someone had been smoking inside. For a family room, this is completely unacceptable and honestly quite ridiculous.

There was also no clear “no smoking” signage, which may be why this issue is not being controlled properly. Throughout the night, the smell became even stronger, as if someone nearby was actively smoking.

On top of that, it was very noisy at night, making it difficult to rest.

Overall, a very uncomfortable experience. The hotel seriously needs to enforce non-smoking rules and improve noise control.
