Brilliant location and comfortable but seem to have staffing issues
Pros:

Location is brilliant, just minutes walk away from Essen central station, bed comfortable and everything clean, good size room, fairly quiet despite central location, staff was friendly - when I could get hold of them

Cons:

I have stayed here before and was slightly disappointed this time, no staff present at night and for some hours during the day, there was a problem in my room the first night which was sorted by the staff after I called them, however the next morning I couldn't get hold of anyone and had to wait for staff to arrive to change rooms, therefore missed out on an appointment, coffee machine wasn't working on day one, breakfast was diverse items offered on a single plate (but a good choice), not sure if anyone else was staying here - it was a little bit unsettling at night

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Ein Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Besuch im Grugapartk ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Flug mit dem Zeppelin NT ab Flughafen Mülheim ist ein Erlebnis.

Alles ok. Keine Mängel.

Schön, dass es noch bezahlbare unterkünfte gibt aber bitte an der Sauberkeit arbeiten.

Das Personal und das tolle Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer in jeglichen Exken, an den Wänden schmutzig, die Matratze hat unangenehm gerochen abfluss war sehr stark verschmutzt.
