Pros:

The location- really close to botanic gardens and Anzac tram stop and the restaurants of South Melbourne.
The price.
The size of the room.
Parking- cheaper than most other places in the same area.

Cons:

The fact that my room was over looked by an office block so couldn’t really open blinds.
Carpark- REALLY tight. If you’re in a large car (Hilux) there are only a certain amount of spots available before it gets tricky.
Only one room key- so if one of us wanted to go out they had to take the key (to access the lift) which turned the main lights off
