A great experience that made my time in Melbourne even more enjoyable.

Close to the tram and train station, easy access to the city. Friendly staff

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, with a great location and friendly staff, although a few comfort
Pros:

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around, with the tram stops just a short walk away. The room was clean, modern, and nicely presented, and the spacious bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable—it felt like sleeping on the floor, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The car parking was probably the biggest inconvenience. There is only one way in and out, and there wasn't enough information provided beforehand about the stacked parking system. As we were travelling in a van, it wasn't the most suitable setup. The staff were helpful in advising us where to park, which we appreciated, but access to the car park could be improved. On two occasions, I had to walk around to ask staff to let us in. An intercom or call button at the entrance would make the process much easier, especially since the area feels a little isolated at night.
The towels were also quite small. Larger bath towels would have made the stay more comfortable.

Great spot, close to our function, easy access, good price, good service and comfortale rooms.
Pros:

Staff were awesomely helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast made our early start expedient. Having someone at the desk 24 hours was a comfort for security. The convenience store right next door is a bonus. The fact that it is accessed via a service road on Kings Way makes loading/unloading a breeze,

Cons:

Whilst the address is Palmerston Cres. it is on the corner of Kings Way so traffic noise would be a problem for light sleepers. It is unfortunate that the wheelchair lift from the street to the foyer was out of action, but our wheelchair guest was able to climb the four or five stairs to get in and out.
