Pros:

Excelente localização e equipe muito simpática, realmente todos muito educados e receptivos, muito fácil a chegada. O quarto meu quarto single estava ok de espaço e bem arrumado/limpo, ponto alto para a varanda antiga virada para a Callao com aquela sensação de casarão.

Cons:

Atendeu bem, e sem desviar da simplicidade da proposta, o banheiro e a iluminação do quarto poderiam melhorar, impactaria bastante no conforto e na qualidade das comodidades.

La direction et le personnel ont été très serviables et arrangeants. J'ai pris une nuit et ayant un vol très tard le lendemain j'ai pu laissé mes bagages et aller et venir dans les parties communes tard -- Sourires et gentillesse.

Ich hatte 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl. Genommen habe ich eins mit Balkon. Hatte natürlich den Nachteil dass etwas laut war. Viel befahrene Strasse. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das gesamte Personal war toll und freundlich. Metro gleich um die Ecke. Taxis fahren jede Menge am Haus vorbei. Auch Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Kleiner Kiosk und Lebensmittel gleich schräg über die Straße.

Cons:

Wenn ich barfuß im Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon gelaufen bin hatte ich immer schwarze Füße gehabt. Das Bad war total eng.

Excelencia accesible
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion y mucho movimiento por las noches lo que da sensación de seguridad. Habitaciones antiguas, pero comodas. Lo mas destacado es la atención del personal, todos muy calidos, siempre ayudando al visitante. A mi en lo particular, me respetaron una reserva que no podia pagar en booking y esperaron a mi arribo, me guardaron el equipaje durante una semana y me regalaron la tarjeta sube. No puedo estar mas agradecido con todo el personal, siempre los recordare.

Cons:

El hotel es muy antiguo y algunos muebles en las areas comunes dan el aspecto de estar sucios cuando solo estan viejos. El wifi no iba bien pero para que queremos wifi si vamos de vacaciones 😁

El trato de las personas que nos recibieron! Siempre a disposición y súper amables y buenos. La ubicación y limpieza.

La verdad no hubo nada que no me gustara, a pesar que las instalaciones no son nuevas, la estadía fue cómoda.
