Für eine oder mal zwei Nächte beruflich ist es ok
Pros:

die Dusche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Regendusche und hat sehr gut funktioniert, das Zimmer war sehr sauber

Cons:

mit einem Auto anzukiommen ist wegen der nur sehr geringen Parkmöglichkeiten schwierig, die Zimmer zur Straße gelegen sind aufgrund des starken Verkehrs auf dieser Straße nicht empfehlenswert. Klimaanlage wäre angenehm gewesen, erhöht aber sicher den Zimmerpreis

Es ist sauber und wenn man preiswert einen Berlin Trip machen möchte ok. U und S Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die versprochenen Parkplätze sind leider viel zu wenig.

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und dem Preis. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Kochnische sind in Ordnung. Gute Anbindung ans Zentrum mit der S-Bahn (20 Minuten). Parkplätze müssen auf der Straße gesucht werden, sind aber kostenlos. Ich empfehle es Autoreisenden, die keinen Luxus, sondern Flexibilität suchen.

Cons:

Ich musste erst mal ordentlich Treppen steigen, was einem siebzigjährigen schwer fällt. Die Betten waren nach oben gewölbt, wodurch man entweder rausfalllen konnte oder nach innen gerollt wurde. Außerdem gab es jede Menge Verkehrslärm.
