Horário de silêncio não é respeitado por alguns dos hóspedes. Achei o quarto com muita claridade, para dormir. O que fiquei tinha um poste de luz bem em frente, por isso iluminava quarto todo

Pessimo atendimento. Nao cumpre o que consta no anuncio. No momento de pagar cobraram a mais. Escadaria com madeiras jogadas pelo chao. Muito barulho. Nao tem como descançar.

Quarto muito pequeno e não foi atendido meu pedido para disponibilizar um colchão extra para o bebê.
Não foi disponibilizado controle remoto do portão do estacionamento e a abertura dependia da recepção que nunca abria sem que tivéssemos que descer do carro e ir chamar pela atenção do recepcionista
