Great location
Clean surfaces and sheets and the kitchen always clean and well equipped.
This is the 3 time I have booked with this company by accident. The first time I arrived with two kids on my own at 4.30 pm and our room was not made up and we had to wait two hours for it to be done. First time the room was doubled booked . This time again the room was not ready so he give us an upgrade I assuming it was just an extra bed because I dread to think what the first room was like. The properties are always have mould on ceiling in bathroom very old window frames in bathroom very delicate to touch or even open them the shows trickle out no water pressure. The bathrooms are very basic. Curtains always have marks on them .

We paid for parking, couldn’t get in, mold on bathroom roof, air con I had to change batteries for to work, air con was filthy, lock on front door was loose, plates were dirty, light didn’t work in one room
Facilities were basic but a perfect base for myself and 3 kids to access the beach and surrounding areas. Great value for money.
The staff were so amazing and accommodating, it is a short walk to North Steyne beach. We had to book quickly because the place we did book cancelled 20 mins before we got there. So I am very appreciative of the staff there.
Lighting wasn't good
It was very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and give very helpful, detailed instructions for after hours check in’s.
The door handle to the room was broken so it couldn’t be locked from the inside and was very difficult to lock from the outside. The room hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived; there was a muddy footprint in the bathroom and the kitchen bench hadn’t been wiped off.
Its character, charm, relaxed feel and welcoming staff — as well as its proximity to the ocean and lots of other great Manly locales!
Nothing in particular stood out. It was very quiet since it’s winter and off-season.
The location is amazing, just a stones throw to the beach. The reception staff are lovely and the manager gave me complimentary parking. The room was spotless and had everything we needed.

Everything was old and worn. It was not very clean either. The fridge had mold and coach was patched up.
