Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to beach beautiful walk to and from courso. Gorgeous cafe and breakfast spot nearby called Ruby Lane. The accomodation is cheap and cheerful, perfect if you just need a comfortable bed to sleep in and are out exploring or visiting family like we were.

A little bit dusty but cheap and cheerful service to suit the accomodation

Was quite a nice experience other than the above mentioned issues
Pros:

Great location just 100 mtrs to beachfront , definitely accommodation with a difference, a little quirky, shower space quite grand.

Cons:

Parking lot was booked and paid for on arrival but when we came back at 10pm someone had taken our parking spot.
Only one cup was supplied for tea/coffee, also we couldn’t find the remote control for the tv, found it under the bed.

receptionist. the room relocation negotiations. use of laundry. greek coffee from the boss man. can recommend it's affordable compared to most of manly town.

Cons:

construction noise from 46a Malvern st studio. No. 12 was soooo much better

Lovely comfy stay.
Pros:

It’s good value and n a great position. The staff are friendly and helpful. In manly most places are overpriced. This one isn’t.
