La struttura intesa come camere, è molto bella, immersa nel verde molto ricercata nei dettagli. Stanza ampia pulita molto confortevole. Vicina a locali e negozi

We visited the hotel during the off-season. July. I strongly disagree with the bad comments given below.
Franco was a blast. Their service level was quite good (given that many facilities were not even open). They took care of everything.
No one can say a bad word about the rooms. Room quality was 200% higher than what you paid for.
The hotel spot was very good and in the middle of everything in the hotel zone of Tulum (famous beach clubs, restaurants, you name it)
Yeah, it is not a beachside hotel, but c'mon, it has a huge natural pool (cenote), even with fish in it. This is more important than the seaside for me. Plus, you can use every beach club’s beach. Only you can't use their facilities. We did that. We didn't have to go 1.5 km to see the sea and the beach, as some commentators stated.
Wish I could give 9 stars out of 5.
I highly recommend this boutique hotel with 10 rooms for anyone visiting Tulum.

La chambre était très belle et confortable, très bonne literie.
L’accès au cenote est très appréciable surtout en période de sargasses qui rendent la mer inaccessible.
Le personnel est très gentil et très disponible.
Un petit bémol concernant le cenote car celui ci est partagé avec le restaurant d’à côté et la partie réservée à l’hôtel n’est pas respectée… du coup, le lieu n'était pas très calme et reposant.
Enfin il est bien dommage de ne pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel… il faut aller au restaurant d’à côté mais celui-ci n’ouvre qu’à partir de 8 h et ne sert pas avant 8h20… un peu tard pour les lève tôt…
Todo genial. Nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava y un desayuno gratis. Se portaron muy bien con nosotras, nos recomendaron varios lugares e incluso reservaron para cenar. El hotel muy cómodo además de bonito y muy bien situado cerca de tiendas y playas.
Stunning property along the beach strip with a somewhat private cenote (shared with other hotels). Staff were lovely and very friendly. Free bikes to tour around was also a plus but I mostly took taxis into town (using indrive) or walked easily to other restaurants and bars. Also appreciated the extra towels, biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and body lotion.
As some have mentioned, the floor is extremely slippery and slanted, would not recommend for people with mobility issues. Other than that, it was an incredible stay and I would come back!
EVERYTHING! Our bedroom was so spacious and beautifully designed. The staff were super friendly and helpful (we got so many great tips at reception desk). The private cent is a beautiful peaceful oasis and the food menu is simple but delicious! We enjoyed the premises so much!

Location is great and we like the exclusive feeling to the place. Private Cenote and lots of space around.
The only downside is the WiFi access in the rooms can be spotty. It i fine in the common areas and the hallways.
