Pros:

La chambre était très belle et confortable, très bonne literie.
L’accès au cenote est très appréciable surtout en période de sargasses qui rendent la mer inaccessible.
Le personnel est très gentil et très disponible.

Cons:

Un petit bémol concernant le cenote car celui ci est partagé avec le restaurant d’à côté et la partie réservée à l’hôtel n’est pas respectée… du coup, le lieu n'était pas très calme et reposant.
Enfin il est bien dommage de ne pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel… il faut aller au restaurant d’à côté mais celui-ci n’ouvre qu’à partir de 8 h et ne sert pas avant 8h20… un peu tard pour les lève tôt…

Pros:

Todo genial. Nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava y un desayuno gratis. Se portaron muy bien con nosotras, nos recomendaron varios lugares e incluso reservaron para cenar. El hotel muy cómodo además de bonito y muy bien situado cerca de tiendas y playas.

It exceeded our expectations in every way
Pros:

EVERYTHING! Our bedroom was so spacious and beautifully designed. The staff were super friendly and helpful (we got so many great tips at reception desk). The private cent is a beautiful peaceful oasis and the food menu is simple but delicious! We enjoyed the premises so much!

We liked everything :-)

Incredible stay in lush grounds
Pros:

Stunning property along the beach strip with a somewhat private cenote (shared with other hotels). Staff were lovely and very friendly. Free bikes to tour around was also a plus but I mostly took taxis into town (using indrive) or walked easily to other restaurants and bars. Also appreciated the extra towels, biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and body lotion.

Cons:

As some have mentioned, the floor is extremely slippery and slanted, would not recommend for people with mobility issues. Other than that, it was an incredible stay and I would come back!

Perfect Experience
Pros:

Location is great and we like the exclusive feeling to the place. Private Cenote and lots of space around.

Cons:

The only downside is the WiFi access in the rooms can be spotty. It i fine in the common areas and the hallways.

Experiencia única en Tulum con cenote cristalino
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Casa Teka fue excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. Es un hotel pequeño, muy acogedor, limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas, con una cama y almohadas muy confortables, lo que nos permitió dormir perfectamente en un ambiente muy tranquilo.

El cenote dentro del hotel es absolutamente impresionante: el agua es cristalina y de una belleza increíble. Además, es una gran ventaja porque no depende de la temporada de sargazo, por lo que siempre se puede disfrutar de agua limpia.

La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 3 minutos caminando de la playa, y alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y cafés.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Una agradecimiento especial a Tania y Franco de recepción, que fueron muy atentos con todas nuestras solicitudes y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar.

Altamente recomendado. Sin duda volveríamos. Una experiencia realmente especial en Tulum.

Great located hotel with jungle vibes.

Amazing location. So close to the restaurants and shops. So nice to have cenote in the property. Room were so spacious.

Idealny pobyt w przepięknym i super położonym miejscu.

Value for money compared to other places was great. Sleeper and hit a beach club.
Pros:

The location just off the beach was fantastic. We were big fans of the Tallum beach experience. It was comfortable and the cenote in the jungle was special.

Cons:

The floors in the rooms were slippery, even when dry. They should use a different cleaning liquid.
