An excellent value option with a lovely host.
Pros:

A great value option right in the heart of Kutaisi.
We were greeted by a wonderful lady full of energy and charm who took great care of us and helped us settle in.
The room was not exactly large but more than comfortable.
The little balcony to the courtyard was pleasant enough to sit and enjoy.
The shower and bathroom were clean with plenty of hot water.
The bed was comfortable and the area is very quiet so it made for a good night's sleep.
Location is excellent, near everything you would need for your stay.
A kettle and small fridge were a nice addition.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Die Lage ist super, man kann vom Hotel direkt an das Meer gehen. Das Frühstück ist georgisch, sehr üppig und gut. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

Cons:

Die Möbel sind etwas alt und die Bettdecken etwas muffig.

Fiyat-performans olarak guzel bir hotel
Pros:

Hotel sehir merkezinde. Nehire cok yakin. Hotel sahibi cok kibar ve yardimsever bir hanim. Fiyat/performans oranina bakarsak, oldukca iyi bir hotel.

Cons:

Klima kumandalari odada bulunmuyordu. Alt kata inip istemek yerine uyumayi tercih ettim. Uyandigimda biraz soguktu. Kumandalar odada dursa daha iyi olabilir.
