Super quiet and so many cats <3 and close to everything you need by scooter. We got upgraded by the lovely staff and ended up staying for 6 weeks. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay!

Super friendly and helpful staff.
The location was great - close the the gym I went to each day. Easy to get gym meals delivered. Staff were incredibly professional and polite and willing to help with all my questions. Love all the cats they look after. They have a great little gym section with a treadmill, AND and a reallly massive hill close by for hill runs. The place is quiet and set up for convenience. It is close to the beach but I didn't go because I don't like sand.
There was nothing I didn't like. All of my expectations were met and the value was great!

We had an amazing stay at Lady Naya Villas. We came here right after a full-day boat trip, and it was the perfect "oasis" to just crash, relax, and recharge. The swimming pool is beautiful and was exactly what we needed.
The staff were honestly incredible—so helpful with everything. They even managed to book a scooter for us and had it delivered straight to the hotel, which saved us so much time and effort.
One of my favorite things about the place? The cats! They are all over the place and we loved it so much. It really adds to the cozy, homey vibe of the resort.
As for the breakfast, it was okay—not the highlight of the stay, but totally fine to get the day started.
Overall, it’s a stunning, peaceful place and the service is top-notch. If you want a bit of luxury and a friendly atmosphere, this is it!
Sometimes its crowded because of cats
This was the best hotel we stayed at in Phuket with our family. We really enjoyed staying in the family villa with the kids. The cleanliness, the staff’s service, and the peaceful atmosphere were all excellent. The best thing I can say is that we will probably come back to this hotel next year.
It is located in Rawai, about 2–3 km from the beach. We had no problem getting there by taxi. However, if walking distance to the beach is important, it might not be the best choice.

Nothing, it was great for 2 weeks stay
Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Schon bei der Ankunft hat alles reibungslos funktioniert – der Transfer war organisiert und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Egal wo man sich befindet – man wird überall freundlich begrüßt und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend, wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir:
• Der Swimmingpool war immer sauber und einfach traumhaft
• Die Villen selbst waren top gepflegt und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt
• Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen – wirklich ein super Service
Wir hatten die Villa B7 (ganz hinten in der Anlage) – das war perfekt für uns!
Wir hatten sehr viel Platz auf der Terrasse, es war ruhig und privat, und niemand hat uns gestört. Genau das, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht.
Ein weiteres Highlight:
Man kann direkt vor Ort ein Motorbike mieten, was schnell und unkompliziert in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist.
Auch das Thema Sicherheit war für uns sehr wichtig:
Die Anlage ist videoüberwacht und durch eine Schranke gesichert, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher fühlt.
Insgesamt war wirklich alles perfekt – Service, Sauberkeit, Lage und Atmosphäre.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Es gab keinerlei Kritikpunkte – alles war bis ins Detail perfekt organisiert.
Отдыхали здесь в феврале-марте с мужем. Нам понравилось буквально все:
1) Идеальное расположение! Вдали от суеты, в очень тихом спокойном месте. Если вы пешком, то, конечно, далековато каждый раз ходить в кафе/магазины. Мы были на мопеде: до ближайших магазинов/кафе 2-3 минуты езды. До пляжа 10-15. В отеле есть парковка в нескольких местах-очень удобно
2) Здесь работают прекрасные люди! Очень добрые, приветливые, всегда помогают. Охранник на входе и ребята с ресепшена всегда нас приветствовали и провожали - это было очень приятно
3) В виллах всегда очень чисто. Девушки-горничные убираются прекрасно. Мы получали удовольствие каждый раз, когда приходили с пляжа
4) Хорошие соседи. Все очень уважительно друг к другу относятся, не шумят по ночам и нарушают покой друг друга.
