Pros:

In fact, the hotel was so clean, beautiful, and comfortable.
I was very impressed with the way all the staff treated me, especially Mr. Sam and the Turkish employee at reception.
They were truly wonderful.
All the best to you.

Cons:

The hotel is far from the city center and tourist areas in Austin, and the rooms are expensive.

Room was spacious, clean and with modern touches

Cons:

There were 3 of us in the room but they only gave us 2 bath towels, when I asked for another bath towel at the lobby reception area, I was given several face towels and told they were out of bath towels, so I had to wipe myself dry using several small face and hand towels and had to put on clothes in the shower room after taking a shower before coming out of the shower, I find it hard to imagine how a big name hotel like this can run out of towels to hand to their paying customers

Pros:

The bathroom was very updated and the room felt nice and homey.

Cons:

The beds felt soft and firm at the same time, kinda like only certain spots were comfy. Felt like we were kind of like laying on a mattress topper with a wooden board underneath.
