Location. It's near to offices in Powai. I was in business visit so, so that helped

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped. And the property was under renovation so the overall environment wasn't feeling good owing to constant construction. The nearby areas are a bit dirty with garbage dump and can be a bad experience in rainy season.

Very bad experience will never use booking.com app nor book any hotel of Treebo group

I liked nothing construction work going on booking.com should msg that the properly is under construction very bad service from booking.com

Too much noise continuous construction no satisfying stay internet not proper we had to tell multiple times to check the internet condition the rooms are not proper almost all rooms continuous construction work going on cannot stay in such hotel

I dint stay in the hotel, surroundings and neiberhood were were dirty and not suitable for a hotel. Cancelled the booking by call to property.

Its a big scam. Please don't get biased when looking at the photos. The hotel is in a dark, shady place. Staff are not well-trained. There was no breakfast buffet. The staff will ask what you want to eat and will arrange it from the local hotel.

Pros:

Staff is nice and helpful everything was good about the stay. I stayed for six night. initially had very less expectations bt it went well. And there were no issues with safety also.
