UNA VERGÜENZA. EXPERIENCIA INACEPTABLE Y UNA TOTAL FALTA DE RESPETO AL CLIENTE.
Pros:

Reservé una habitación en el establecimiento Jamaica y lo que sucedió fue absolutamente indignante.
Al llegar, nos encontramos con que EL HOTEL ESTABA CERRADO POR TAREAS DE MANTENIMIENTO. Sin ningún aviso previo, nos alojaron en un apartamento de un edificio ubicado enfrente, completamente diferente al establecimiento que habíamos reservado.
¡YO RESERVÉ Y PAGUÉ UN HOTEL, NO UN APARTAMENTO EN OTRO EDIFICIO!
Lo más sorprendente fue la explicación que nos dio la persona que nos recibió. Al consultar por qué no se nos había informado previamente de esta situación, nos respondió que no lo comunicaban porque, según ellos, el apartamento era más lindo que las habitaciones del hotel.
Me parece una respuesta absolutamente fuera de lugar, poco profesional y una enorme falta de respeto hacia el cliente.
NO SE TRATA DE SI EL APARTAMENTO ES MÁS LINDO O MÁS FEO. SE TRATA DE RESPETAR LO QUE EL CLIENTE RESERVÓ Y PAGÓ.
Si hubiera querido hospedarme en un apartamento, habría reservado uno. Elegí un hotel por sus características, instalaciones y servicios, y esperaba recibir exactamente aquello que se ofrecía en Booking.com.
Considero inadmisible que un establecimiento comercialice habitaciones mientras permanece cerrado por mantenimiento y no informe previamente a sus huéspedes.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO EN ABSOLUTO.
Una experiencia decepcionante, una gestión lamentable y una absoluta falta de transparencia y profesionalismo.
Espero que esta reseña sirva para advertir a otros viajeros. Cuando uno reserva un alojamiento, espera recibir lo que contrató, no encontrarse con sorpresas y explicaciones absurdas al momento de llegar.

Pros:

La atención en recepción excelente, muy amables.El desayuno bien.
Las habitación no puedo evaluar ya que estaban en reformas y nos hospedaron en otras instalaciones, aún así era un apartamento completo con cocina y todo. Para el precio excelente.

Cons:

Si bien no era la habitación del propio hotel, súper importante NO había enchufes en la mesa de noche para cargar los celulares.

Hermosa estadía Punta del Este
Pros:

El Punto cercano a todo. Muy cómodo. Buena vista.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado del estar/living no calentaba bien. Pero teníamos en el dormitorio y funcionaba bien. Solo que no pudimos estar mucho tiempo en el living. X ese motivo y la noche estaba muy fría.
