Pros:

It was CLEAN and also the owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He speaks fluent English. We loved the well equipped kitchen and both beds were very comfortable! We will come back for sure!

Romany, the supervisor, is very polite, professional & accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing, maybe some noise because of an under-construction nearby, but that’s temporarily.

Just a heads up. My 2 bedroom apartment has a very partial view of the sea from one bedroom. From the pictures I reserved I thought it would be a full sea view from the balcony.

A wonderful few days in a beautiful resort. Great location, food, and customer service.
Pros:

This is a lovely resort. The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The balconies and terrace are great for chilling out with a drink and nibbles in the evening. The swimming pools are beautiful and gardens well maintained.
There are some lovey bars and restaurants within walking distance but if you want to go downtown there are many taxis and tuk-tuks around to take you there.
Customer service was great. We were advised and kept informed via WhatsApp before and during our stay. Any queries were answered quickly. A big thank you to Romany (our resort point of contact) who did everything to make sure our stay was perfect.

Cons:

There is a bit of construction in progress on the site however it's generally out of sight and not too noisy. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room.
