Caution: This post shows a misleading ocean view—it's only a partial view! Also, there are bugs in the room.

The listing for the room was misleading: the ocean view is partial, not a direct-facing view. There is another room with a similar partial ocean view that is cheaper. The correct description should be “partial ocean view” or "partial ocean and pool view" to accurately reflect the room rates and avoid creating false expectations of a full, directly facing ocean view. I contacted the owner and booking customer support about this issue, but received no resolution. You are not protected in this case. I recommend avoiding this place or booking with the clear understanding that the extra payment is for the pool view, not the ocean. view. Save your money and know before you book.

The misleading and false description of the room as having an "ocean view” is concerning. Additionally, the room was unclean; upon opening the drawers of the nightstands, numerous ants and small bugs were visible, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

The pool was good, a shop for essentials, close to free island shuttle, had a washing machine and dryer room and the staff were helpful. A massive advantage was free parking.

Cons:

The gym was basic and the room was great but a bit tired.

Apartamento amplio, con buena ubicación en un lugar tranquilo, buenas amenidades. En general muy buena opción.

Cons:

Las toallas y ropa de cama en general ya cumplieron su vida útil, es hora de cambiarlas. El servicio de piscina lo cierran muy temprano, sobre todo ahora en verano.

Esperava melhores condições
Pros:

Localização muito boa, área da piscina e acesso à praia muito fácil, estacionamento incluso (para 1 veículo), checkin e checkout rápido e funcionários prestativos. Apartamento amplo com varanda bem agradável. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente

Cons:

Apartamento para 6 pessoas em camas pequenas, deveriam ser pelo menos queen mas são as menores de casal que tem. Mesa de jantar para 4 pessoas sendo que estávamos em 6 e em péssimo estado, uma das cadeiras estava com encosto quebrado e eu quase caí. Mesma coisa cozinha, praticamente sem utensílios, tinha 2 xícaras para 6 pessoas, tivemos que comprar copos. Não tem toalha, nem detergente, nem espuma para lavar louça, tem que comprar tudo. Apartamento excelente mas precisa urgentemente de upgrade e mobiliários novos. Adoraria me hospedar novamente mas do jeito que está, não dá. Academia do prédio parece sucataria de equipamentos, velha, aparelhos antigos e enferrujados. Na praia vc tem direito a 2 cadeiras mas está em 6 pessoas, tem que alugar o restante. Adoraria que esse apto fosse meu para fazer uma boa reforma pois pela localização, ele merece.

Lo mas me llevo fue la amabilidad y cariño de la señora Ana que trabaja en la zona de paquetería🫶🏼🫶🏼. Lo demás estuvo muy lindo, el departamento era grande, tenía linda vista, la cocina y el baño muy completos.

El apart es antiguo y necesitaría renovacion.Tambien el sector de la piscina ,sillas,sombrillas etc deberian renovarse .A las 5p.m recogen las reposeras de la playa en verano deberian ampliar el horario como sucede en los condominios contiguos..

Une déception totale : nous avions prévue de finir notre séjour en Floride dans un appartement avec piscine sur la plage
Par quoi commencer? La piscine est dans un niveau d'insalubrité que nous avons interdit l'accès aux enfants... du jamais vu Les contours de la piscine? À l'image de la piscine, détériorée, vétuste. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est très très vieillissant . Des insectes, traces sur les murs, moquettes odorantes. Notre appartement était spacieux, mais... des traces sur les murs, sur les draps, dans les douches...bref la aussi déçu.... Heureusement il y'a avait une terrasse mais avec des travaux en bas de l'immeuble, jusqu'à 22h, oubliez la terrasse le bruit était tellement important que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Un des deux ascenseur était en panne, depuis longtemps visiblement... il vous faudra de longues minutes pour l'emprunter si vous avez de la chance. Quand à l'ambiance de l'hôtel, beaucoup de jeunes qui font la fête, qui boivent dans la piscine, se baignent habillés (alors que cela est indiqué interdit sur de grandes affiches).
A note aussi le personnel de nettoyage qui passe à 10 h 55 vous rappeler qu’à 11 h vous devez être partis …
