Un alojamiento con un trato que es fantástico
Pros:

Todo, desde que haces el checking ya el trato es sorprendente, la chica de recepción fue de lo más amable. La habitación no es muy grande pero no te da una sensación mala ya que tiene un pequeño balcón que es muy coqueto. Buena distribución en general. Tienen una pequeña piscina que aunque es bastante pequeña disfrutamos de un baño a la tarde que nos relajó mucho

Getränke, Kaffee, Obst und Kuchen täglich frisch auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

Zwei Gläser für Getränke wären super.
Die Handtücher für den Pool sind ziemlich abgenutzt

Highlight of our trip!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The hosts were accommodating and provided us with glasses at request which was nice. The pool is beautiful and was lovely spending afternoons and evening out there relaxing in the sun.

The rooms were also cleaned daily and provided a mini breakfast buffet and coffee daily. Each day we had something different but still local cantabrian produce. The hosts also explained what each breakfast item was which was a nice touch.

Very quiet and peaceful as you'd expect from a hotel like this one.

The hosts were a real addition to the hotel and listed recommendations in every corner of the city based off what you're feeling. Food, museums and hidden gems.

刚抵达酒店，前台工作人员十分热情，主动细致给我们讲解桑坦德各大景点分布、公共交通路线以及海边游玩路线，还贴心推荐当地特色小店，方方面面都为我们出行提供了极大便利。酒店位置绝佳，步行可抵达海滩，到其他景点也非常方便。阳台能看到海湾，景色非常美丽。全屋打扫得一尘不染，床品毛巾齐全，还每天附送水果和小点心。整体体验无可挑剔，为我们在桑坦德的行程增色不少，下次再来仍会选择这里。

Tranquilidad
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la piscina que tiene el hotel, la habitación estuvo bien elegida por ser una sola persona y la limpieza en general estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Al ser tan butique, recién el check in se puede realizar posterior a las 15hs por lo que si llegas antes podés dejar el equipaje y salir a recorrer hasta esa hora pero no te da lugar a instalarte en el caso de asi quererlo.

Te reciben con una copa de alcohol y te explican mapa y sugerencias para comer. Lo coloco en este lado, no por el detalle de la atención sino porque debes esperar a que terminen los huespedes anteriores y que hagan un recorrido con el recepcionista (se hace largo).

Pros:

Daniel was immensely helpful giving me directions and giving me much needed information about Santander.

Cons:

A young lady in the morning who was very much a jobsworth, who requested that I wait when I wanted to leave and when I asked why she said so she could check if my details were in order … I’m sorry I didn’t leave before she arrived !

Pros:

En recepción muy atentos. Detalle de bienvenida, explicando opciones de gastronomía y turismo.
La habitación pequeña pero muy confortable.
La ubicación tambien muy buena y silencioso.

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Santander.
Pros:

Mooi hotel met sfeervolle, schone kamer en heel behulpzaam personeel dat veel informatie gaf over restaurants, musea, etc. De locatie is heel fijn, zo dichtbij het centrum en lekker dat er een zwembad is. (Niet groot genoeg om te zwemmen, maar wel om af te koelen.)

Cons:

Er waren weinig parasols aanwezig bij het zwembad en een kapotte parasol werd niet weggehaald, wat er een beetje troosteloos uitzag. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon, maar dat bleek geen open balkon te zijn, maar omsloten door glas, waardoor het geen optie was om daar te zitten vanwege de hitte.

Befremdlich dass man angerufen wurde um gute Bewertung zu schreiben. Das mache ich weil es stimmt aber trotzdem komische Art. Sehr lange Einweisung und Begrüßung

Personnel adorable
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et très gentil. La literie est très confortable, la douche fonctionne très bien avec un jet puissant.
L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et est indispensable.
Les petites attentions avec de la nourriture à grignoter.

Cons:

La chambre est petite.
Pas de petit déjeuner possible.
Pas de pièce de transition, où on peut faire un jeu, lire ou boire un verre.
Nous sommes en pleine saison, mais trouvons que c'est très cher pour 3 nuits ( + de 200 euros la nuit, sans petit déjeuner...)
Mais cela reste dans les prix de Santander... Une ville qui n' est pas bon marché.
