Good value apartment in good location to the beach
Pros:

Location good but song and dance made about offering paid parking. Constant calls and we found parking on street to be free. But may have been problematic if you had a bigger car than us as I could squeeze in.

Cons:

Pushiness on parking . Let people decide if parking is a priority and make their own decision to ask for this.

A lovely stay in Santander, the hotel was lovely and the staff even lovelier!
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely treat at the end of a stretch on the Camino. We were greeted by friendly staff who made our wait for the room comfortable. Once checked in, they gave us fantastic recommendations of what to do. When we ran into a slight issue with our room, the staff were very accommodating and understanding. The extra touches of local pastries and cakes each day were a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Santander. Freundliches Personal, nette Überraschungen jeden Tag als Morgenssnäck.

Cons:

Komische Leuchte direkt hinter dem Kopf am Bett.. Keine Ablagen im Badezimmer, undichte Duschkabine.

Pros:

Es una zona muy tranquila pero bien ubicada.
te dejan un pequeño desayuno cada día en la habitación (un día sobaos, otro una galletas).

Cons:

No tiene persianas y para gente como yo, que necesita oscuridad para dormir, es un problema. Te dejan un antifaz (como en los aviones) pero no es algo que a mi me funcione.
la ventana del baño no tiene ni cortinas, y la puerta del baño es translucida, así que según amanece tienes luz en la habitación.

Pros:

Fantastic small hotel stay in central Santander. Modern clean and well equipped with extra treats. Great location with everything in walking distance or transport. There is even an outside pool and a gym next to it, Staff couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Within steps of all the city sites, restaurants and waterfront.
Pros:

The location of the property was absolutely perfect! Not within all the noise, but only steps away from everything you could possibly need in the city.

Cons:

There was a very strong perfume scent that was really hard to breathe in. Thankfully not in our rooms!

Cons:

Поради старанието да бъдат прекалено любезни, настаняването се забави излишно с 40 минути. Липсват чехли. Сифоните са запушени, има проблеми с душа.

Lovely comfortable hotel
Pros:

The location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hairdryer was the best I’ve ever used at a hotel. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool when we got back each afternoon.

Cons:

We thought there was too much information given at check-in. We couldn’t take it all in and couldn’t understand what was written on the map.

Upscale neighborhood, a special welcome, and lovely accommodations
Pros:

What a lovely welcome by El Balcón de la Bahía! We were welcomed with a comfortable sofa and champagne delivered on a tray while we waited for our check in process to be completed. We were helped to our room and had the amenities explained to us, as well as given a map with suggestions on where to visit in the city! Our room was lovely and comfortable and a nice walk to both the downtown area and the beach! We wish we had planned more days to enjoy here!
