This is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore Santander and its surroundings!
Pros:

The location was excellent! Close to the city center as well as the Palacio and in a charming neighborhood.

Cons:

The WiFi was inconsistent, but it was OK.

Good job, well done.
Pros:

Breakfast not included but provided some coffee, snacks and fruit
Parking space must be booked as we imagine it would be hell otherwise
Reception staff were eager to help and very attentive.

Communication with David at front desk was very good and the Mexican girl was really lovely the next morning on the desk

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöne Lage, Parkmöglichkeit am Haus. Sehr geräumiges und renoviertes Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Keine Rolläden, teilweise wahrscheinlich baubedingt nicht möglich.

Amazing experience at Sercotel Bahía
Pros:

Great spot in Santander, very well located, very cute small boutique hotel. The 2 staff members that assisted us - David and Miroslava - were absolutely adorable: super helpful and delightful! They made our stay a great experience.

Good value for money for Santander which is quite pricey.
Pros:

Very conscientious and lovely staff but quite intense. Nice attention to details to make your stay a pleasant one. Nice place in a residential neighbourhood. Comfortable bed and nice power shower.

Cons:

Room was rather small but I guess it would be a 3 star. Real shampoo and some conditioner would be nice rather than hand cream. Heating was not an option at that time of year so the room was a little cold but I asked for an extra blanket. The room next to mine had a continuous beeping when coming in or out which was annoying. The double glazing wasn’t great so I could hear the traffic below.
