Pros:

Perfect size room space for your suitcase
Big bathroom / shower very modern
Coffee machine
And cafe served excellent quality food
Lovely staff friendly and helpful

Great location - but no parking…
Pros:

The location couldn’t be better! Just the overall aesthetic and amenities were appreciated!

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable (two beds pushed together to make a king), and at times the customer service could’ve been better. We had also originally asked about parking and informed that they had parking available, to only be told this is no longer the case when we arrived.

Advertised as parking available. There is no parking.
Advertises as having a fitness centre. There is no fitness centre, there is ONE gym pass you can use if no one else has yet claimed it that day

A short but very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet being in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do during our stay.
