Pros:

The reception front of house and all staff were lovely, the breakfast in the downstairs cafe was also brilliant (Eggs Benedict) and the room was comfortable. We upgraded to a room with window with views out towards the new stadium, I'm glad we did as feel the room would have been very dark windowless. Location is great very central and serves as a great base to explore the city

Cons:

The sliding door to the shower room didn't close properly and kept sliding open which is awkward when you want the toilet. You still have to pay for parking which is organised by the hotel for 20nzd per 24hrs, it's a shame that it isn't included but was easy enough. These are just minimal things and overall we really enjoyed our overnight stay

Great location and cool facilities
Pros:

Great location with lots of parking nearby, comfortable beds and rooms, good service, cool rooftop bar and restaurant and nice breakfast in cafe on ground floor.

Cons:

Shower pressure was really weak.

Nice little cafe downstairs where you have breakfast.
Reasonable price and decent value option.

Excellent location and facilities, noise an issue.
Pros:

Excellent central location, beautifully clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable, black out curtains.

Cons:

Music and patron noise from the rooftop bar kept me awake. The chat function on the hotel guest page wasn’t manned- had ai generated responses that said the “team”
Would get back to my requests and no one ever did. When I spoke to reception about this, they had no idea that a chat function existed.
