We would stay there again and would recommend it highly to others.
Pros:

The facility was accessible to transportation, walkability to most attractions was great, it was clean, safe and modern and it felt really special.

Cons:

Our view was of office space which was not necessarily bad.

Tiny room great for a single person - totally modern
Pros:

Great tech in the room and the rooftop facilities were great to encourage me to get out of my room while still. engaging in the world

Cons:

The black and white Charlie Chapman video was quaint for a minute then distracting / annoying.
The room was small and there was little room to put stuff which was Ok for me as a single person staying only 3 nights .

Cons:

The lights were confusing to operate, it took a while to realise I had to press the reading light button 3 times to turn off the lights over the bed. Then I couldn’t turn the screen of the tablet off so ended up placing it face down instead.
Building was noisy, could hear footsteps from the floor above and constant doors opening and closing
