1. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

Fantástica
Pros:

Me encantó el desayuno. Sin ser excesivo tenía todo lo que yo suelo tomar y fruta fresca que me encanta.
La habitación que reservé era De Luxe y era amplia. La ubicación es fantástica: enfrente de la estación lo que nos proporcionó gran movilidad y, cerca del centro de la ciudad, lo que hizo que pudiéramos quedar con nuestro hijo muy fácilmente y a menudo pues nos venía a ver en bici. El baño tiene muy buenos productos y la ducha es muy cómoda.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusta es que no haya armarios como tal y que toda la ropa esté a la vista y que no haya cajones. Me gusta el orden y así la habitación no está ordenada nunca. Las mesillas deberían tener cajones para meter cosas personales: documentación, accesorios, etc.

Нормальный завтрак. Отличное расположение. Просторный номер с отличным видом из окон. Комфортная температура в номере, удобная кровать.

Pros:

Hip en energieke vibe op goede locatie. Vriendelijke receptie. Kamer faciliteiten ok, maar voldeed echter niet aan verwachtingen voor de betaalde prijs.
Ontbijt was ok maar niet bijzonder voor de betaalde prijs.

Cons:

Twee punten springen eruit die mij tegenvielen. Ik Er is slechts 1 lift voor 9 etages. Daardoor sta je soms best even te wachten.
En comfort van het bed was een dikke tegenvaller.
Voor het betaalde bedrag zit ik meestal in Het Arsenaal hotel wat duidelijk uitblinkt op comfort.
Ook verlichting in de kamer is van een matig niveau.
Aandachtspunt voor personeel bij ontbijt om klantcontact te maken. Dit was hoogst onpersoonlijk en daarmee een gemiste kans om betere indruk te maken. Het ontbijt was ok en divers. Maar geen uitblinker op de betaalde prijs.

Decent place. Watch your step in shower/bath.

Cons:

There is a 3” step into the bathroom which is somewhere between annoying and dangerous. It is a tripping hazard and should at least be highlighted with yellow tape if not eliminated. The overall vibe is a little sterile for my taste but others may like it.

Très bien placé
Pros:

Copieux et délicieux petit dej, même si un peu cher. La vue du 10 ème étage était géniale. Tout le personnel était souriant et serviable. Il est idéalement placé autant pour visiter Delft à pied ou en vélo que prendre les bus, trams ou trains.

Great place to stay in Delft
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms with a fully stocked kitchenette. The free use of laundry room was convenient. We enjoyed reading in the little semi private colorful “rooms” in the lobby.
