Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Cons:

Aan het zwembad waren maar 6 ligstoelen en amper plaats om van de zon te kunnen genieten.

Bed was klein, niet comfortabel en een harde matras/ slecht kussen.

Kamer is niet 1x proper gemaakt in de 5 dagen dat we er waren. Ook geen handdoeken vervangen, vuilbakken leeggemaakt, moesten zelf naar de lobby voor extra wc papier.

De jongens aan de lobby waren niet heel gastvrij/ vriendelijk.

Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles malgré le Bel emplacement et la belle vue depuis la chambre

L’hôtel a un bon emplacement, pas loin du centre de bukit bintang donc super pour faire les magasins (à 10min à pieds de Petaling Street)

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre : la chambre n’était pas très propre. Nous avons eu à plusieurs reprises des cafards que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans la salle de bain.

Personnel : Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’accueil à notre arrivé. Le gars de la réception était froid (arrivé le 18/05 au soir).

Lit et isolation : concernant la chambre, le lit grinçait énormément. Il avait l’air même cassé.
La pièce n’est pas bien isolée du tout, nous entendions même les discussions des voisins.


Équipement : le peu d’équipement qu’il y avait n’était pas fonctionnel (le fer à repasser, la table de repassage très sale), pas de sèche cheveux, ..
