Pros:

Well the staff responded to my concern,location is good.

Cons:

I was looking for a facial tissue, which i thought normal for every room in a hotel, but unfortunately , you have to ask for it , apparently they only have it in i think their suites,I tried to use the phone in the room but the phone was not working, i have to go down at the lobby and ask the staff , and the tv was not working. I was dissappointed.
