Pros:

Świetna sala zabaw i organizowane zajęcia dla dzieci, dobre potrawy serwowane w formie bufetu, blisko plaża, przestronne pokoje

Cons:

Zimna woda w brodziku dla dzieci, zla organizacja rezerwacji gier w sali gier ( kręgle, bilard), recepcja umawiała na konretne godziny lecz nie bylo osoby zajmującej sie sala gier i po dopiero po kilkunastu uwagach i 40 min czekania ktos otworzył, nawet nikt nie przyszedł i nie poinformował ze jest problem z otwarciem.

modernes sauberes 4 * Hotel mit gutem Frühstück aber schlecht geschultem Personal
Pros:

geräumige und moderen Zimmer, alle sehr sauber. Das Wellnessangebot war gut, eine gebuchte Massage war perfekt. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und ist modern und komfortabel

Cons:

Das Personal ist kaum oder überhaupt nicht geschult. Im Restaurant war es besonders auffällig, keine Bestellung kam so wie bestellt. Bei 3 Abendessen kam 1 x das Hauptgericht vor der Vorspeise, einmal beides Zusammen und am 3. Abend hatte ich eine Änderung der Beilagen bestellt mit dem Resultat dass ich keinerlei Beilagen bekam. Beim reichhaltigen Frückstück kam es zur "Schlacht am Buffet" und das Personal war vollkommen überfordert bzw. war sogar eher teilnahmslos.

Brak raju w raju
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania, basen super, super kręgielnia. Okolica ładna. I to tyle , ogólnie mieszane uczucia po pobycie. Na pewno nie było jak w raju, nazwa daleka od tego stanu.

Cons:

Aneks kuchenny w pokoju to tylko nazwa, brak kontaktu żeby podłączyć czajnik, woda w kranie po odkręceniu leci pod ogromnym ciśnieniem, oblałam siebie i cały aneks. Kanapa rokładana strasznie niewygodna do spania i do tego strasznie skrzypiąca. Płatne szlafroki na basen przy tej cenie to słabe,żeby nie były w cenie. Pokój z wysokim oknem, zero widoku. Przy tej cenie za weekend ten pokój jest nieakceptowalny. Jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć w weekand to na pewno mu się nie uda, w hotelu są wesela w piątek i sobotę , hałas okropny wszystko się niesie. Podsumowując nie polecam, jesteśmy rozczarowani i na pewno tu nie wrócimy.

Ok, choć w tej cenie można trafić lepiej
Pros:

Wysoki standard pokoju, wygodne łóżko, zielone tereny wokół hotelu

Cons:

Słabe sprzątanie - brak dokładnego odkurzania, przetarcia blatu, wymiany wody czy kubków. Bardzo głośno - animacje z mikrofonem i nagłośnieniem, zbyt głośna muzyka w sali zabaw, restauracji. Pokój nad nad centrum bankietowym - wesele w środku tygodnia z całonocnym dudnieniem. Pokój na półpiętrze bez windy - musieliśmy nosić wózek.
