Małe pokoje , słychać rozmowy , chrapanie sąsiadów , zgłoszenie niesprawnej lampki nocnej przyjęto ale nie zrealizowano , personel mało przyjazny klientowi , w restauracji pusto ponieważ ceny bardzo wysokie nieadekwatne do tego co serwują . Zamówiłam lunch który był niezjadliwy . Nastawieni na ściąganie pieniędzy za dodatkowe usługi bez zaangażowania . Przykładowo wypożyczenie szlafroka na basenie kosztuje 15 zł . Nigdy nie spotkałam się z czymś takim. Nie zasługują na standard na poziomie 4 gwiazdek . Nie polecam .

Ogólnie bardzo polecam jako miejsce na długi weekend dla rodziny.
Pros:

Miejscówka na długi weekend gdy pogoda nie jest plażowa po prostu wspaniała - ładna marina z łódkami i mała plaża obok pomostu, która zdecydowanie nie robi wrażenia pod kątem plażowania, ale na spacery czy posiedzenie w pobliżu super. Sam hotel ma swietny basen cześciowo wychodzący na zewnątrz z idealnie ciepłą wodą. W pobliżu co najmniej 3 knajpki z dobrym jedzeniem. Sala zabaw idealna dla malych i duyzych. Dużo scieżek na terenie hotelu do komfortowej jazdy na rolkach czy desce. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Na minus bak darmowych szlafroków w pokojach, szlafrok można jedynie pożyczyć za 15 zł oraz platny parking 30 zł za dobę - dodatkowo parking zbyt mały w stosunku do wielkości obiektu, ciężko sie po nim poruszać.

Zbyt wysoka cena do jakości.

Lokalizacja, śniadanie.

Cons:

Parking nie jest wystarczająco duży. Podczas naszego pobytu, nad ranem o godzinie 4:15 w pokoju zaczęła grać melodia (budzik?), w łazience bateria prysznicowa jest zamontowana na odwrót (pomylona zimna i ciepła woda). Dozownik z żelem do mycia był pusty. Przy wymeldowaniu przekazałyśmy powyższe uwagi personelowi, nie otrzymałyśmy przeprosin, a jedynie niedowierzanie, że cokolwiek zgłaszamy. Personel nawet nie zapytał, jak minął nam pobyt. W hotelu, w którym pobyt za noc kosztuje ponad 600 zł, takie sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca.

Położenie hotelu, takie małe miasteczko.

Cons:

Chaos w restauracji. Na całą ekipę kelnerów tylko jedna ogarnięta osoba. Dania podawane nie po kolei, na napój czekałem ponad 45 minut.
Nie codziennie podczas śniadań udało się napić kawy- przez cały pobyt problem z ekspresem.
Bardzo dużo psów, wszystkie bez kagańców. Sorry, ale nie toleruje szczekających psów w restauracji.
