Best resort with some feedback

Atleast when people check in , the house keeping staff should offer water as people come from journey with tired ness or you may have welcome drink as the resort price is much compare to other resort

And one suggestion as this is very nice and beautiful resort, I would suggest you should offer at least one return gift per room like coffe mug with the paint of your resort photo , it will be a great memory for tourists

Rest we enjoy a lot , very clean and helping staff and maintain very well

I must suggest people to book this resort only in dwarka , at least i will always book this resort whenever i travel to dwarka

Good property, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property offers ample space and is generally good, but cleanliness is a major concern. I stayed in the Deluxe Room and had to pass through the foyer and staircase, both of which were dirty and had a foul odor. Services are not provided routinely—you need to specifically request them. When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to a heavy rush of visitors. Interestingly, they do charge higher rates during peak travel periods. Overall, I would recommend the property, but make sure to clearly demand what you need to ensure a comfortable stay.
