The hotel itself was excellent. Very clean, helpful and kind staff, and the breakfast was better and more extensive than most Hyatt Place locations. The only downside was the lack of free parking. It was an unexpected surprise to have to pay to park, I didn't ever see that when I was booking the room.
Nothing. They canceled a month old reservation for no reason and had no room for me when I arrived.
The staff and management. Unprofessional and unhelpful.
1 star. Do not trust your reservation here.
Booked and paid in full through Booking.com months ago. Showed up tonight only to be told the hotel had cancelled my reservation because they claim Booking told them I cancelled. I did not. I cancelled one of two reservations long ago. The active, paid-in-full reservation was still live in my Booking account, confirmation and all.
Here’s the real story: their connection to Booking was broken on their end. When they tried to charge Booking for my prepaid stay, it failed, so instead of fixing their own system, they cancelled my room and pinned it on me. I had already paid. The money left my account months ago. None of that mattered to them.
The manager was the worst part of the entire experience. Completely dismissive, zero accountability, and made no effort whatsoever to fix a problem the hotel created. I came to the desk with a paid confirmation and a legitimate complaint, and was met with indifference and attitude instead of help. A good manager finds a solution. This one did nothing but deflect and make me feel like the inconvenience was mine to carry.
So I’m standing at the front desk, fully paid, with a confirmation in hand, being told I don’t have a room because of a technical failure that was entirely theirs. No accountability, no urgency, no effort to make it right.
If you have anything actually riding on your stay, a trip, an event, a reason you came to Fort Worth, do not gamble on this place. A paid reservation means nothing here the moment their systems hiccup, and the management will not lift a finger to help you. I will never book this hotel again and I’d advise anyone reading this to think hard before you do.
Great breakfast in a very nice seating area. Fresh eggs. Fresh fruit. Much more. Hard to beat.
We liked sitting out at the pool in the morning with coffee reading.
Staff incredibly friendly, especially reception and bar. We enjoyed the rooftop at night although the music was too loud and not to our taste.. housekeeping excellent. Plentiful parking. You couldn’t get closer to TCU.
This place is very nice! Go Hyatt!! Clean rooms very attentive staff. I would give it a 9 only because the website stated valet service so I was looking forward to it because I was traveling alone. Otherwise GREAT experience!
Nice central location for Fort Worth and Arlington. Excellent location for TCU.
Emily at registration a lovely ambassador for the hotel! All staff were friendly.
Rooms ample for 3 people with lots of storage! King size beds would bump to 5 stars. Water pressure in showers could be stronger.
Complimentary breakfast ample though hours are only until 9:30 which is early when you’re on a different time zone.
Parking fee seems high for this location but sure beats other location prices.
Dependable and consistent hotel. Nice clean rooms, good wifi throughout, good AC, good breakfast, friendly staff. It's a convenient location with plenty of walkable college type food nearby, and the rooftop bar and restaurant is nice.
Great location, comfy bed, wonderful breakfast and helpful staff.
Parking fee was supposed to cover 24 hours but expired sooner.
Staff was very attentive and friendly
Outlets in bathroom not working
Stayed at the hotel to visit TCU. Location is great and super convenient. Beds are super soft (not in a good way) and it felt like I was sleeping in a taco. For $300+/night (after taxes) the beds were disappointing. The other thing that really bothered me was the breakfast area floor was dirty with squished fruit all over the floor. Of course, I didn't see it until after I stepped in it so it was extra gross.
Other than the terrible bed and dirty floors, the hotel is great. Beautiful property, great location, looks very attractive, front desk staff were excellent.
Great central hotel near TCU. Great access to Ft Worth amenities. Hotel is clean and staff are super nice. Loved it here. Thank you.
I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel is tastefully decorated, the interior areas are clean and well maintained and the roof top bar is a great addition.
Clean rooms, great staff, spacious rooms, quick response time from staff when needs arised. Overall great experience.
My go to hotel when visiting my son at TCU. Very convenient location, good sized rooms and very friendly staff, especially front desk Des and Chloe.
Excellent as always. Clean rooms & common areas, welcoming staff, very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Great hotel and upstairs restaurant. Awesome atmosphere throughout the hotel and great breakfast in the morning which included pancakes, French toast, country potatoes, sausage, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt and fruits, and more.
