Eu não recomendo que ninguém fique no 1° andar desse hotel, tem uma porta na entrada terrível toda hora um entrar e sair de pessoas, e faz muito baralho. E um jovem da recepção não lembro nome agora, muito grosso me deu o ferro de passar roupa e mando devolver logo, afinal no quarto tem um folheto a dizer que podemos devolver depois e não de emediato. Muito gross ele e mal educado.

Pros:

Espaço muito limpo e acolhedor, com funcionários muito simpáticos. O pequeno almoço é muito diversificado e tem uma apresentação excelente.

O único inconveniente é não ter parque de estacionamento próprio. Como chegámos tarde, foi um pouco complicado encontrar estacionamento. Por outro lado, a proximidade do aeroporto faz com que o ruído dos aviões possa ser um pouco incómodo. No entanto, o hotel teve a preocupação de disponibilizar tampões auriculares, caso fossem necessários.

Cons:

Preco elevado para a fraca qualidade. Pequeno almoco com pouca diversidade e acima de tudo nao gostei da falta de limpeza (quarto e espaco das refeicoes)

Our stay was excellent. We missed a small refrigerator and no ice maker.
Pros:

Location. Close to the Metro Plaza de España. Few stops to the center of town (Don Pedro/Restauradores). Breakfast was great. The room had all amenities except a small refrigerator.

Cons:

The desk guy wasn’t friendly at all upon arrival. A skinny dark guy. He basically did the check in and offered no information about the hotel nor the amenities around. The rest of the staff were very friendly specially the ones in the breakfast room.

Comfortable, convenient hotel. Good air conditioning in the room and common areas, was a welcome relief in August. Simple yet satisfying breakfast. Professional friendly staff at reception and at breakfast.
