Lovely hotel with a great garden and pool
Pros:

Really nice hotel with a lovely garden and swimming pool. I relaxed there for the whole afternoon, and you could order food which they delivered to your sunbed. The people at the reception were super nice, and also sorted out airport transfer for me.

Overall a positive stay
Pros:

Overall atomsphere is realxing.
Location is remote to avoid crowds, yet convenient to major areas ( or airport ), but only if with a car.

Cons:

Hotel is small, and they should have better managements to daily guests who go there for pool facilities as we are not able to find a proper parking space.
Room facilities are basic, and most of them are old despite ther are still in normal function.
Shower rooms are definitely too small for a "normal adult" ( not comfortable at all as you are not able to relax.

CARISIMO Y MALO
Cons:

€91,64 pagué por este alojamiento.  El precio incluía el impuesto municipal de 2,81 que me volvieron a cobrar como parte del checkin, (ya habia tramitado otra exención impositiva para turistas) para llegar a las 23:20hs y tener que esperar 20 minutos en un lugar a oscuras, todo campo, lejísimo de la ciudad de Mestre, al que solo se accede con taxi (25€ más) para que me dieran un código de acceso que, a pesar de haber estado en contacto horas antes con ellos por su insistencia en el pago previo de la tasa " ya pagada", no me facilitaron. La habitación-minima en su espacio, estaba sucia, conservaba aún las migas sobre la mesa de los anteriores alojados, también bajo la cama, donde por accidente miré por habérseme caído un aro. El checkout a las 10:30 no me permitió acceder a la piscina, al parecer la única atracción del lugar. En síntesis, CARISIMO (total con transporte oneludible €107,45) para un hotel de 1,5 estrellas, a lo que debe sumarse 50 euros de taxi para acceder del y al centro. Elijan por ese precio, una mejor opción,  esta no lo vale.

Just for sleeping it was good.
Pros:

It was clean in generell. The location was nice. The bus stop was only a five minute walk.

Cons:

The Pool wasn’t opened yet. The bad looked a bit moldy and old. The safe and the fridge didn’t work.

Booking.com advert was positive but the reality was not present. Suggest they check their hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast coffee good; eggs good, hotdogs not good, otherwise ok

Cons:

Main problem was a horrible bed in 106. Its a childs bed, narrow, on top pf which was a well used foamy. Lumpy, uncomfortable and terribly dissappointing. The owner needs to replace this bed.
