The location was convenient. It is close to the airport, 5 minutes away with a car. There is a bus stop 5-10 minutes walk away, if you want to go to the centre of Venice just take bus number 19 and you will get there.

Cons:

The room wasnt clean, there were hair strands on the linens and on the tipler floor. The property needs to be renovated. The bathroom ceiling was leaking when we first checked im to our room and we were given another room.
There were stains on the carpet in the halls and on the walls, seemed like mold.

The pool and the staff are the winning aspects here. Lovely, friendly staff and the pool is so lovely!

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired, as reviews suggest, but clean and the beds are comfy with spare pillows. Breakfast is uninspiring but not unusual in venetian hotels.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen.Blick auf den Pool. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und dunkel. Der Boden am Gang der Unterkunft ist sehr fleckig, eklig.

Sehr schön gelegen, das Anwesen hätte Potential, wenn es renoviert, besser gepflegt werden würde.
Pros:

Das Doppelzimmer ist geräumig. Der Ausblick zum Pool, Umgebung ist schön. Verkehrsanbindung top!

Cons:

Dusche sehr schmal und schmutzig, Fugen unhygienisch.Teppich am Gang der Unterkunft sehr alt und fleckig.

Frühstück sehr einfach. Die Sauberkeit beim Büfett ist ausbaufähig.

Ligging, accommodatie, bereikbaarheid, personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kleine minpuntjes, weinig stopcontacten voor laders etc. Koelkast deur draait verkeerde kant op, geen rek/ tafel voor koffers op 2 pers.kamers was practiser geweest, planken in de hangkast was ook makkelijker geweest.

Ein super Ort, als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig und am nächsten Tag schwimmen im Pool. Sehr nettes Personal und ich konnte mein Auto für 5 Euro am Tag auf dem gesicherten Parkplatz beim Hotel stehen lassen.

Cons:

Schimmel an der Decke im Flur und Bad.
