Pros:

Das Hotel von aussen sieht sehr ansprechend und gepflegt aus. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Bett war bequem und frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist leider mangelhaft. Es muss ja nicht immer das neueste Design sein aber es sollte doch sauber sein
Die Handtuch Heizung war (ich muss es leider wirklich so direkt sagen) völlig versüfft und verdreckt mit vielen gelben Flecken. Der Boden mit Haaren und Dreck. Die Fenster seit langem nicht sauber gemacht. Also leider im Gesamtbild leider wirklich unzureichend gesäubert. Es waren viele Handwerker vor Ort. Also auch eher auf deren Bedürfnisse passend gepflegt.

Pros:

Wir konnten im Hotel am Wald in Monheim am 16.05.2026 unsere Familienfeier mit 37 Personen durchführen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren super! Wir hätten auch mit wesentlich mehr Gästen ausreichend Platz in diesem schönen Raum gehabt. Die Mitarbeiter haben alle, unsere im Vorfeld durchgesprochenen Wünsche umgesetzt. Angefangen vom Kaffee mit Kuchen und abends das Buffet hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es hat unseren Gästen sehr gefallen und geschmeckt. Wir hatten auch einige Gäste im Hotel zum Übernachtung untergebracht, auch diese waren mit den Zimmern sehr zufrieden. Besonders möchten wir das Person erwähnen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel am Wald sehr empfehlen und bedanken uns auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich bei Ihnen.
