Our stay at Luna Suites was disappointing. Although we had a confirmed booking and arrived on time, we were made to wait for almost an hour before our room was ready. Initially, we were told it would only take 15 minutes, but the delay was much longer. We were traveling with a baby, who had to wait with us in the reception, and the staff did not seem very considerate of the situation.

The room itself was generally clean, but there were hairs on the floor, and the floor was still wet when we entered, suggesting it had not been properly prepared before check-in. Overall, the experience could have been much better with better organization and more attentive customer service.

Ήτανε πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία

Cons:

Πήγαμε την πρώτη μέρα και δεν ήτανε καθαρά.τα σεντόνια ήτανε λερωμένα .το μπάνιο ήτανε πολύ μικρό και οι τοίχοι θέλανε βάψιμο .επισης ανεβήκαμε
Πάνω και ενώ ήμασταν 3 άτομα είχε πάει πετσέτα μόνο για το ένα άτομο .Επισης είχε μόνο ένα ρολό χαρτί υγείας και αναγκαστήκαμε κάθε μέρα να ζητάμε.

Es war nicht sauber und wir könnten nicht gut dir Tür schließen.In der Nach war sehr laut. Nexte Tag konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Dann habe ich neue Hotel gefunden.
