Al llegar habia mucha gente en el la recepción esperando por una habitación, llegué a las 2
14::50 me pidieron esperar a las 15:15 para asignarme una habitación, la familia que estaba a mi lado estaba molesta por el tiempo de espera y a ellos le dijeron que esperarán hasta las 16:00 pasado el tiempo fui a preguntar y solo hecharon la culpa a las camarera, no tenian habitaciones disponibles, para mi sobre rentaron habitaciones, me dijeron que esperara a las 16:00 hr y les dije que queria una solución no iba a esperar una hora más, me preguntaron el método de pago que fue efectivo y me regresaron el dinero. Pésima experiencia.

llegamos a checae la reservacion y nos comemtaron que no tenian agua calidad durante los dos dias de mi estancia y por eso no me quede en el hotel por que igual hacia fresco en el.lugar
Always clean, just across the street from the beach, plus a pool when the sand & salt water become too much. We get a 3 bed room so family can stay too, without having to pay for 2 rooms. Good, cold AC! On-site parking is great too.
The toilet took forever to flush & when you shower the water came out the bathroom door if you don't put a towel down.
El personal nos brindo una atención muy cálida y empática, el hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que todo te queda muy cerca y la playa que está frente al hotel es linda y no hay tanta gente
Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento, los muebles de baño son viejos y no cuenta con algo que contenga el agua de la ducha (solo una cortina de tela) por lo que se convierte en peligroso al salir
Tiene una excente ubicación, el desayuno buffet rico, las camas cómodas.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación, tenía demasiado ruido, así no se puede descansar bien y el área de alberca hasta tarde de la noche estuvo ocupada con demasiado ruido, la habitación que ocupe estaba cerca de la alberca y fue un poco molesto.
