Friendly and helpful receptionist. Clean environment. Nice decor. Good privacy.

Cons:

No toothbrush and toothpaste provided for standard room yea. So better prepare it yourself. 😊 The air cond a bit warm. But other than that overall is good.

Would go back in a flash if I had another work commitment in KL
Pros:

It was super convenient for attending a conference at University Malaya. Excellent staff who were always helpful. We arrived late on a Sunday night when the grocery store was closed. Two kind staff went over and above and gave us tea bags from their own personal supply
