A equipe foi muito gentil, prestativas e eficientes.

Cons:

Do espaço para o café da manhã, e como solicitei café da manhã sem glúten, havia pouca opção e a qualidade do pão não foi boa. Sempre explico nas minhas reservas que sou celíaca e se o hotel pode atender a minha solicitação, diante da resposta positiva do hotel eu conto que haverá um esforço para atender igual a todos os outros. Hoje há boas opções nos mercados.

Perfectly located in the city center, this charming hotel is within walking distance of everything you might want to see, explore, or enjoy. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the location simply could not be more convenient.

Although the hotel is relatively small, it possesses a warmth and character that many larger properties lack. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. Having a balcony was a wonderful bonus, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of Zagreb. The room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home.

It is often the little details and genuine hospitality that make a stay memorable, and this hotel excels in both. I have nothing but compliments for the entire team and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Zagreb.

Great place to stay in Zagreb!
Pros:

Great location, quiet, comfortable room and bed. Was also very nice to have 24 hr staff at front desk. Front desk clerk was so helpful in marking up a large map of Zagreb with directions to major tourist spots and restaurant and shop locations.
