Pros:

Very friendly reception, breakfast lounge was cute with friendly staff. Rooms clean and walking distance to entertainment, groceries, restaurants,tours and church.
Parking is very limited and difficulty finding spot, have to pay for parking and be prepared for one way streets. Driving is easier after second day.

Wonderful location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved our room, a superior room class #401.
Great location and very friendly front desk staff.
Great to have an elevator but it was very small.

Cons:

Though very pleasant food and friendly staff, the lack of variety for the breakfast was tiring after a couple of days. Delicious warm buns though.

Pros:

Location was convenient and quiet in terms of street noise, breakfast staff was friendly and efficient.

Cons:

I know this is probably outside of the control of the staff but there was a large school group accommodated at the property, making noise until 02:30 in the morning. I believe guests should be accommodated further away from younger guests in similar cases - my room was facing the one of some of the students who were banging doors until very late.

Zen in Zagreb
Pros:

Easy access to Old Town. Many restaurants in the area to choose from. A local recommended Purger, and it was friendly and reasonable. Also tried Vinodol & enjoyed it. 2 very different experiences, both delicious. Windows were the sturdiest construction I've ever seen so room was very quiet and restful.

Cons:

We had a choice of 3 breakfast categories which were delivered to our room at a set time. I prefer a breakfast buffet which I can visit at a time of my choosing. It was more than I would normally eat but it was fresh & service was prompt & pleasant.
