Go To Brasov, Sighisoara or Sibui instead
Pros:

It had parking.

Cons:

The hotel was almost empty, but the front desk staff was uncooperative for a room change or early checkin. We were on the second floor and the elevator only stops on the first and third floor.

Pros:

Camera decenta, curata , destul de ciudat sa ai camera la etajul 3 si sa trebuiască sa iti cari bagajul pe scări. Singura problema a fost gălăgia din jurul hotelului, eu am stat in hotelul B si a fost gălăgie afara si gălăgie in hotel

Pros:

Personal foarte amabil, camera foarte curată, lenjeria și prosoapele impecabile.

Cons:

Saună umedă nu se poate utiliza, miroase foarte tare a mucegai. Prețuri mari la restaurant, porții mici, meniu slab, îți oferă doar câteva produse și nu prea ai din ce să alegi.

Nagyon kellemes,tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás,barátságos személyzettel szuper wellness lehetőséggel
Pros:

A Septimia nagyon kellemes meglepetés volt. A szoba tágas és tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes, a wellness részleg pedig igazán sokoldalú: többféle medence, szauna és pihenési lehetőség. Jó élmény volt, hogy nemcsak a wellness, hanem sportolási lehetőségek (pl. bowling) is van a helyszínen. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész, mindenben igyekeztek segíteni. A környék is hangulatos, Székelyudvarhely nyugodt város, jó kiindulópont kirándulásokhoz vagy kisebb városnézéshez. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és ízletes volt minden étel. A környék pedig mesés, csendes, barátságos, szép kilátással, hegyekkel , jó levegővel. Összességében ideális választás pihenéshez és kikapcsolódáshoz.

Cons:

Az étterem választéka lehetne kicsit bővebb, főleg vacsoránál. A wifi működött, de nem mindig volt elég erős.

Lipsa unui uscator de rufe in camera,in pretul rezervari nu este inclus si intrarea la spa se plateste separat si nu am vazut nici pe Booking sa mentioneze acest lucru, saltelel de pat inconfortabile

The hotel is obviously overrated and doesn't worth the price. Avoid it!

variety of food at breakfast. SPA capacity. AC in the room.

Cons:

Most of the staff doesn't speak any other language except Hungarian. The only information offered by the reception was the breakfast time. The AC in the breakfast hall is switched off, so it is impossible to enjoy your food in that heat and canteen smell. Half hour before breakfast closure time they are kicking you out by telling you : you are the only one left here. During our 3 day stay no-one greeted us with a hello, thank you, or any polite words. We felt as intruders in someone's else house. The dinner is served at a terrace by the pool, not a restaurant as they call it. Very expensive food, very poor service, sticky and greasy utensils and rude staff. The room was at the third floor, no elevator, and no bellboy to offer help. In the room the furniture was not properly dusted and the TV is the size of a small laptop. The bathroom has a ripped shower curtain, mold corners, bad smelling sewages and no amenities except toiled paper and liquid soap. We have never seen such a poorly equipped room and bath in a 4* hotel in whole Romania.

Pros:

Mâncarea la terasă, de nota 2, cartofi din ciorba de gulaș, acri, iar dreingul din salată cesar inexistent.... Altădată a fost excelent .
Hotelul de nota zece și micul dejun la fel, nuav nimic de reproșat, personalul foarte amabil.

Cons:

Terasa mâncarea proasta, proasta Iar cina nu există mâncarea de prânz....
Păcat....
