1. 一樓餐廳空間大，環境舒適
2. 交通方便

Cons:

1. 不指定房型，是提供無障礙空間房型。
2. 無障礙房型衛浴間，對正常的人來說是有瑕疵，沐浴時，水會流到房間，要及時救地板，不然會水災。
3. 房間整潔度需要加強，空氣機已經提醒需要更換清理。
4. 一樓大廳空間大，但過了10:30會關閉清潔，下午才重新開放，對提早退房的人不友善，因提早退房想在樓下稍微停留，確無法。
5. 無障礙房型，建議提供一個小夜燈，不然關掉主要燈就完全看不見。
5. 網路不穩，時常斷線。
