The breakfast & location was amazing!!
My hotel room was freezing.
I barely slept because I was very cold.
During the night my spouse increased the temperature which made it better.

A limpeza é de facto formidável. A localização é do melhor para quem procura algo no centro.
O pequeno almoço poderia ser incluído no valor. Mas o pior são mesmo os funcionários não terem tacto para os barulhos, falta de cuidados para com os hóspedes. Não sendo um hotel com muitos hóspedes na altura, é incompreensível o barulho que fazem com a limpeza na manhã, assim como as caras antipáticas e a falra de cuidado das funcionárias a recolherem e limparem as mesas dos pequenos almoços já vazias, enquanto se come ao lado. Ter que apanhar detergentes na boca enquanto se bebe café enquanto se olha para catas que parece não desejarem que estejamos ali (dentro da janela horária facultada por eles mesmos para tomar o pequeno almoço) é lamentável. Em suma, devem entender que quem paga para passar a noite mais o preço adicional do pequeno-almoço merece o usufruir do que pagou sem perceber que os funcionários prefeririam que acordassemos e fossemos embora às 9h da manhã, seria um ponto que mudaria completamente a avaliação do hotel.

We loved everything about this place. It is an amazing hotel. I stayed with my boyfriend and his family, and booked this hotel for us for our weekend visiting Geres and the surrounding areas. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. This place was exactly what we needed after a long day and had something for every one. The town was quaint and perfect for an evening stroll and dinner. The bridge is RIGHT behind the hotel which made for a very charming atmosphere. And the hotel is pristine. My boyfriend and I were thrilled with the bar and pool table in the lobby, allowing us to stay up a little later after his family retired and enjoy our evening.
The staff were incredible too. Very accommodating and so friendly. Our rooms – couldn't ask for more.
A peaceful, quiet night was had by all. The rooms are more than comfortable, and my partner's parents agreed. We woke up refreshed and ready for another day of exploring. This hotel was honestly a highlight of the weekend (and that's saying a lot given the views, wine tastings, and meals we had during our little weekend in the northern section of Portugal.) We are frequent travelers to Portugal to visit family and friends, and I will absolutely make it a priority to come back here. The back garden of the hotel looks like such a great place to lounge and get a drink. I want to bring my mom here as soon as I can!

The hotel was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the soft bed linens made for an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and very well maintained. The hotel also has an elevator, which made accessing the room easy. The location is quiet and pleasant, with several restaurants just a five-minute walk away for dinner and breakfast. Free outdoor parking right next to the hotel was another great convenience.
Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was exactly as described, and the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Habitación ámplia y cómoda con buena iluminación. Hotel tranquilo en un pueblo pequeño y bonito. Buen aire acondicionado pero que sólo empezó a funcionar después de avisar en recepción tras las primeras horas con mucho calor.
