Dağ manzaralı çift kşilik oda istedim. Tesise gittiğimde deniz manzaralı 2 ayrı tek kişilik yatak ve temizlik olarak tam temizlenmemiş bir oda da kaldım.. daha önce gittiğimde memnun kalmıştım. Sürekli konakladığım bir tesisti fakat bu sefer hayal kırıklığı yrattı

They charged me an extra 100 GEL because my girlfriend (I was traveling alone, she lived in the city), came to my room for 20 minutes to help me get ready and iron my clothes, they said she counted as a guest. What the hell is that?!!!

תודה רבה לקטי על השירות הטוב והאדיב היא היחידה מהצוות שרואים שאכפת לה!

ניקיון ירוד מאוד בכלל לא מנקים את החדרים השאירו לי שקית זבל בחדר קיבלתי את החדר עם שירותים מלוכלכים ומצעים מלוכלכים שבכלל לא החליפו מהאורחים שהיו לפניי.
בנוסף נפלתי בשטח המלון הגעתי לקבלה לבקש חומר לחיטוי הפצעים ופלסטרים אמרו לי שאין להם ערכת עזרה ראשונה לא הציעו שום עזרה. רק אחרי יומיים שראיתי את קטי מהקבלה היא היחידה שדאגה לי לחומרי חיטוי וצמר גפן. הדבר היחידי שטוב במלון זו היא!
