Pros:

Ficamos mesmo em frente à praia com uma vista espectacular. O pessoal do hotel era muito simpático e eficaz. O pequeno almoço é variado e muito bom. Pode-se fazer massagem numa cabana na areia, o que é muito agradável. Ótimos cocktails. A praia é lindíssima e a areia branca e muito fininha.

Cons:

Infelizmente havia bastante sargaço e mesmo se todas a manhãs há grande esforço por parte do hotel para tirar o sagaço, só conseguimos entrar no mar no 1ro dia da nossa estadia. Foi uma pena (muita) mas compensamos indo aos cenotes (espectacular!).

Petit hôtel (10 chambres) au calme.
Literie confortable, produits de douche très agréable (odeur de miel).
Prêt de vélos pour se déplacer.
Eau à discrétion.

Cons:

Hôtel dans une réserve non spécifiée avec droit d'entrée de 6,5 euros par jour et par personne !
Restaurants dans la réserve très cher (6 euros la petite bouteille d'eau)... il est préférable de dîner dans Tulum.
Petit dejeuner tardif (pas avant 8h) au beach club...pénible quand on veut partir tôt en excursion et aucune solution proposée le cas échéant soit 2 petits déjeuner perdus nous concernant.
Piscine petite et fraîche.
Tous les chemins d'accès sont en sable.

Muy Buena estancia
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho La tranquilidad y la super amabilidad y ayuda del personal. Nos aconsejaron muy bien y nos reservaron los taxis y excursiones que hisimos. La playa del hotel y la cercania a la zona arqueologica. El hotel y ls instalaciones estan muy bien.

Cons:

Dos cosas: 1) el transfer dentro del parque es de pago, pero tampoco tienes otra opcion. Deberia estar incluido en el pago DIARIO Y OBLIGATORIO que se abona estar hospedado dentro del parque.
2) el parque no permite la entrada para que te recojan en el hotel las empresas de excursiones.

Salle de bain petite avec pommeau de douche pas terrible pour régler température eau.

L’horreur a été la plage qui était envahit de sargasse avec une odeur de souffre a vomir.les petits déjeuner étaient servis sur le resto de la plage avec l’odeur et la vue sur les sargasse.
Hotel bien trop cher pour l’emplacement et l’hotel.

Un paradiso a metà

Piccola struttura immersa nella natura del parco del giaguaro. Potrebbe essere valorizzata di più. Buono il personale alla reception.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo fuggiti subito dopo la prima notte per via del sargasso. Abbiamo provato a rimanere in spiaggia ma il bar ha chiuso prima delle 18, ci hanno tolto il cuscino del lettino alle 17.45 perché avevano fretta di chiudere il beach club. Detto questo si trova in una zona naturale ma dove non c'è molto altro, la posizione è comoda per vedere le rovine Maya. L'hotel è molto carino ma le camere sono datate e piene di dettagli da rivedere, doccia e bagno vecchi, muro della camera mal tenuto, con croste di pittura. Ti obbligano a bere acqua in una bottiglia di vetro con bicchieri appoggiati su una tovaglietta che era sporca ma non puoi portare dall'esterno nessuna bottiglia perché la plastica è vietata. Peccato che le strutture utilizzino generatori a gasolio per funzionare. Insomma, il parco potrebbe essere una vera perla ma ci sono dei controsensi, si può migliorare. Altri servizi provati: la colazione. L'unica non buona su 7 giorni in Messico, peccato. Io penso che dovrebbero ampliare i loro servizi visto quanto sono isolati, avere sempre un ristorante aperto e offrire lezioni di yoga o qualcosa di simile perché il posto è davvero un paradiso.

Ich würde nicht wieder dahin zurückkehren
Pros:

Eines der Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Zimmer in der "Villa" liegen direkt am Strand und es gibt einen Swimmingpol.
Es gibt einige Hotels entlang des Strandes und diese sind sehr umweltfreundlich gebaut. Also keine grossen Hotelblocks. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist gross und das Essen im gut.
Das Hotel stellt für Ausflüge Velos zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Der Strand war voller Seegrass. Sie versuchen es wegzuräumen aber es gibt so viel davon, dass der Strand nie sauber ist. Ausserdem stinkt es sehr!
Das Frühstück muss in einem benachbarten Resort (das Hotel Paradiso verfügt über kein eigenes Restaurant) eingenommen werden (100m zu Fuss über den Strand). Das Frühstück selbst ist ok allerdings ist das Personal unhöflich penetrant was das Trinkgeld anbelangt. Wenn man nichts oder nur wenig geben will wird man sehr entschieden darauf aufmerksam dass bis zu 25% (!!!) Trinkgeld erwartet wird. Und dies für einen normalen Service!
Das Hotel gibt sich sehr Eco, weil es innerhalb eines Naturreservats gelegen ist, was grundsätzlich zu begrüssen ist. Plastikflaschen sind verboten. Allerdings stellt das Hotel keine Alternative, wie zum Beispiel wiederverwendbare Wasserflaschen, zur Verfügung. Man kann diese an der Rezeption für viel Geld kaufen!
Die Velos sind leider verrostet und nicht gewartet.

Pros:

Everything was very nice regarding the accommidation except the lack of ceiling fans which is pretty uncomfortable for those who do not like a/c running throughout the night over their heads. I assume the reason being the low ceilings in the rooms. This is only a minor detail comparing to all other aspects if this gorgeous accommodation.
The other thing is related to breakfast - very modest and not worthy of the money they charge. A symbolic amount of seasonal fruit, which is otherwise cheap, was really regrettable.

Es hatte einen direkten Meerzugang und einen kleinen Pool. Das beste war wohl das Frühstück. Coole Auswahl. Das Personal war ziemlich jederzeit erreichbar und hat geholfen wenn man etwas benötigt hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist im neuen Jaguar Park. Das ist an und für sich kein Problem. Nur hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst, dass ich noch einen Parkeintritt kaufen muss.

Little slice of paradise with great vibes
Pros:

Sun beds at the beach included in the price, they were cleaning sargassum all the time, kids loved the pool, great value for money, room was great!

Cons:

Location of the room next to the parking lot (but convenient with luggage), rooms further out from the beach than some other places, and facilities have less charm than what we have seen in other hotels and restaurants nearby.
No dinner, but really good restaurants in walking distance.
If you are going to Tulum ruins, ask for the white bracelets when entering the park, so that you can use electric buses!! No one mentioned it to us in the hotel, and buses wouldn't sell or accept us even though we were walking in the scorching sun with small kids!!

Such a beautiful relaxing stay!
Pros:

Located right inside the beautiful national park and right on the beach, a 15 mn walk to the Maya ruins. We rented in the hacienda and the private pool was overlooking the ocean. The staff was so friendly.

Short but perfect stay at El Paraíso
Pros:

What to say. If I say it was too short stay it means that we really enjoyed our time at El Paraíso. Everything was more than expected for us so we enjoyed our time , we were unlucky with one day of rain , but it did not spoil our experience.

Μου αρεσε που ηταν διπλα στην παραλια!

Cons:

Οτι δεν ειχαν εμφιαλωμενο νερο στο δωματιο και επρεπε να γεμιζουμε ενα γυαλινο μπουκαλι απο τον ψυκτη.
Επισης το νερο του μπανιου μυριζε εντονα χλωρινη.
