We are located inside El Jaguar Tulum Park, as it is a protected reserve and its free of cost, you will only pay if you want to access to the ruins .The charge is for a bracelet that is provided at the entrance. The cost varies depending on nationality
Please note that access to El Jaguar Park incurs an additional charge, which is not included in the confirmed reservation rate.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

o quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável.
O hotel fica dentro do parque arqueológico, pelo que cada vez que entra no parque para ir para o hotal tem que pagar entrada.
Se quiser ir fazer praia na Riviera Maia tem que estar informado sobre o sargaço.
Impressed with the hotel. The staff is great, very accommodating and helpful. None of our requests were denied. The beach breakfast was satisfying and delicious. There was plenty of privacy, as the hotel is small and you hardly see anyone, which was perfect for us and our 5- and 2-year-olds, who rarely wore clothes or shoes:) Special thanks to admin/receptionist Marfa. We will definitely come back.
A small community kitchen would be great.
L’hôtel et son emplacement magnifique , son management déplorable !
Management déplorable ; une forte impression d’être un citron qu’il faut absolument presser avant de partir ! .. restauration + bar+ accueil ( exceptée la réceptionniste Marta) + matériel a la disposition de la clientèle en piteux états ( tuba sans le masque , vélo datant de l’époque des Mayas .. etc etc ) .. pourboires demandés .. etc etc .. erreurs sur les additions .. Quelle différence avec l’accueil et les prestations des différents établissement de la ville ; pas du tout le reflet du formidable peuple Mexicain !! .. le Mexique , oui ; mais pas dans cet hôtel !!

Nous avons séjourné en famille à 4 dans le bungalow et c’était super. L’emplacement face à la mer est exceptionnel. L’hôtel est aussi très proche des ruines de Tulum accessibles à pied sans souci depuis la plage ou la route. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant.
La literie n’est pas très bonne.
Les sargasses ont particulièrement envahi les plages cet été 2026 et nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la mer. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine à la place.
Breakfast starts at 9 and no option or lunch package if you need to leave early for excursions…

Das Restaurant hat aufgrund von Nationalpark - Regelungen leider nur bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet, zum Abendessen muss man sich etwas anderes suchen. Weiterhin schränken die wirklich extremen Mengen an Seegras sie Nutzbarkeit des Strandes komplett ein, auch wenn jeden Tag zahlreiche Leute versuchen, die Seegrasmassen zu reduzieren. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und in der Hauptsaison ist wohl auch kein Seegras da. Am besten, man schaut vorher auf dem Seegrasmonitor im Internet, ob man den Strand dort genießen kann. Ohne Seegras ist es wirklich ein Traumstrand.

The room door was rusty and the key was super difficult to enter so it was a pain to open it every time
la casita y la limpieza de la habitación muy bien, que esta frente al mar también me gusto. el desayuno incluido también me gusto, el lugar sin musica ni ruidos y que la alberca esta limpia , me gusta que no hay mucha gente en el area .
no me gusta que se fuera la luz , que los empleados que estan en los camastros no limpien el lugar, desde que llegamos en la arena los botes no se limpiaron, también llegaron tarde una vez al servir el desayuno, aveces te daban menos porción de fruta, se les acabo el tocino no compraron mas, y las porciones de la quesadillas y del tipo club sandwich muy poco, en esta ocasión pudimos observar que todo subio demaciado las bebidas en la playa, las aguas y cervezas al doble la comida ni se diga todo Tulum estaba muy caro, y con poca comida. esta es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel porque realmente la visita al mar es maravillosa, sin embargo en esta ocasionmucho sargazo y no nos dejo disfrutar mucho dentro del mismo hotel la playa. el sig año buscaremos nuevas opciones.
In a wonderful location this is more of a beach club with rooms than a classic large hotel. Having said that the rooms are large well air conditioned and the most comfortable bed I have slept on for 2 years. Very nice pool to just for hotel guests
May have been helpful to have more information concerning the rules and regulations of the national park the hotel sits in before booking
I love that we were right on the beach and there were restaurants all around us. The only thing I would say is Rich a moped versus taxi taxis are way too expensive.
Taxi too expensive
Nous avons choisi de prendre une chambre en bord de mer. Le bon côté c'est que nous étions seul du coup la piscine était que pour nous. Par contre impossible de penser se baigner dans la mer à cause des sargasses. C'est une vrai catastrophe! Ce lieu qui semble paradisiaque en photo se retrouve envahie par les algues et les odeurs qui vont avec.
le désastre des sargasses qui arrivent de plus en plus tôt ( nous étions mi-mai) et le manque de moyen qu'ils ont pour faire face à ce problème.
Ficamos mesmo em frente à praia com uma vista espectacular. O pessoal do hotel era muito simpático e eficaz. O pequeno almoço é variado e muito bom. Pode-se fazer massagem numa cabana na areia, o que é muito agradável. Ótimos cocktails. A praia é lindíssima e a areia branca e muito fininha.
Infelizmente havia bastante sargaço e mesmo se todas a manhãs há grande esforço por parte do hotel para tirar o sagaço, só conseguimos entrar no mar no 1ro dia da nossa estadia. Foi uma pena (muita) mas compensamos indo aos cenotes (espectacular!).
