Very friendly welcome on arrival and helpful owner allowed me to store baggage in dedicated room upon leaving. The location was excellent, in a nice safe street easily positioned to walk between train station, the harbour area and also the old town. Lovely clean room with highly comfortable bed and en suite with very effective powerful shower. Highly recommended to others.
Walls only a little thin so slight occasional noise from others but really no problems.

Gestore davvero gentile e disponibile, parcheggio convenzionato vicino, albergo comodo sia da raggiungere dal parcheggio sia per la zona del porto, acquario, passeggiate ecc.
Fortunatamente è anche in una via tranquilla, turistica, il che mi ha tolto alcuni pensieri sul girare di notte, da sola. Assolutamente nessun problema

Il punteggio massimo non è per il "lusso", ovviamente non si tratta di questo ma del rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Mini Hotel à Gênes avec ma femme et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville, à proximité du Porto Antico et idéalement placé entre les principales gares, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de découvrir Gênes à pied.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil : le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et serviable, toujours prêt à donner des conseils ou à nous aider.
Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Nous recommandons vivement le Mini Hotel à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Gênes dans un emplacement central et pratique. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir !
Petit bémol concernant les serviettes, qui, bien que propres, manquaient un peu de douceur. Par ailleurs, le tarif reste relativement élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées, et le rapport qualité-prix pourrait être amélioré.
Cela dit, ces points restent secondaires au regard de l’emplacement, de l’accueil et de la gentillesse du personnel. Le Mini Hôtel reste malgré tout une bonne option pour un séjour à Gênes.
Recht zentral, Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt nebenan. Klasse Kommunikation für das kontaktlose Check-In. Zimmer klein aber ok, alles sauber, Klima inkl. WiFi funktioniert fix. Nur die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ruft nach Pflege. Frühstück wird leider nicht angeboten.
Posizione discretamente sicura per la sera, non scontato per la qualità delle strade in centro a Genova. Camera pulita.
Io condizionatore perdeva acqua, l'intonaco delle pareti oltre ad avere un colore poco piacevole era molto rovinato e il mobilio di qualità scadente.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo, dandoci anche una grossa mano per problemi causati dai mezzi di trasporto. Posizione fantastica a pochi minuti da bar ristoranti negozi e soprattutto dall'acquario. Pulizia eccelsa. Estremamente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno, lo consiglierei a chiunque abbia bisogno di un hotel tranquillo con il necessario e con una buona posizione.
