The Watermark Beachside Hotel

Ce fut ma meilleure expérience hôtelière et humaine depuis 6 semaines de voyage au Vietnam.
L'hôtel est très beau et chaque détail est choisi avec soin. Les installations sont propres et le personnel est plus que charmant.
L'hôtel dispose d'un service de voiturier qui est venu me récupérer en soirée à l'aéroport avec une belle voiture.
Depuis ma réservation jusqu'après mon départ, Wendy m'a pris en charge comme un membre de sa famille.
Elle a été très prévenante sur WhatsApp avant mon arrivée puis tout long de mon séjour.
J'ai malheureusement vécu un drame en arrivant, Wendy a particulièrement été aux petits soins mais toutes les femmes de cette équipe ont été attentionnées.
Ces femmes parlent parfaitement anglais, elles sont douces et discrètes.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et vous pouvez en changer chaque jour, le choix est vaste et vous allez vous régaler !
J'ai particulièrement aimé la décoration de l'hôtel avec la mise en avant des savoir-faire locaux tel que la poterie et le métier de tailleur.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, vous avez au choix la clim et/ou le ventilateur de plafond.
En arrivant, vous avez droit à un jus de fruit frais !
La piscine est incroyablement belle, dotée de transat, j'ai pu me relaxer dans le calme.
Vous êtes à 2 minutes de la mer où en disant que vous venez du Watermark, vous pouvez vous installer gratuitement sur les transats.
L'équipe vous conseillera les restaurants pas loin et le SPA où vous bénéficiez de 5%.

Cet endroit respire le calme et la sérénité, c'est un havre de paix tant par son emplacement, par ses installations intimistes et chaleureux que par la gentillesse et la douceur de ses employées.

Merci encore pour tout, merci d'avoir été là, merci pour le bouquet de fleurs et le gentil mot. Encore désolée pour mon anglais approximatif. Ce séjour est inoubliable et restera gravé dans ma mémoire !

What a lovely and relaxing beach stay! We had quiet nights in our big room with balcony, and breakfasts overlooking the pool. this small hotel is on a quiet side road very close to the beach and very close to charming cafes and shops. The women working at the desk were so wonderful, they helped us with travel arrangements, even calling and fixing our train issues for us. I recommend highly!

einfach traumhaft, sauber, nahe am Strand und ein absolut freundliches Personal

Dieses Hotel ist ein so schöner und ruhiger Ort, wie wir ihn selten erleben durften.
Alles ist mit so viele Liebe und Achtsamkeit aufs Detail gestaltet.
Das Frühstück war toll und man hatte eine Super Auswahl, welche man am Abend aussuchen konnte. Selten haben wir so eine tolle Früchteplatte bekommen, aber auch die Pho, die Nudelgerich, das Grenola, die frischen Fruchtsäfte… einfach ein super schöner Start in den Tag

Die Lage ist auch Mega.
Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand, an dem man die Liegen kostenlos nutzen kann und schon steht dem Relaxen am Strand nichts mehr im Weg.
Am Strand kann man alles was man zum Trinken und Essen möchte bei Phoung bestellen. Soooo lecker und frisch haben wir selten in Vietnam gegessen und getrunken.
Rund rum, ein Einod, um die Seel baumeln zu lassen und es sich gut gehen zu lassen.

Das beste und herzlichste Hotel unserer Vietnamreise – eine kleine, wunderschöne Oase, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt haben. Tolle Lage, stilvolle und sehr große Zimmer, ein hervorragender Service und eine besonders liebevolle, hilfsbereite Managerin (inklusive Schneider-Service direkt im Hotel). Die entspannte Atmosphäre, die netten Gespräche und das fantastische à-la-carte-Frühstück haben den Aufenthalt einfach unvergesslich gemacht.

Wonderful little hotel close to the beach. Quiet at night and most of the day. Plenty of restaurants, spas and mini market close by, lovely staff, would return anytime.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The location was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful. So clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need, right down to a beach bag and beach towels. Tania and her entire team are amazing. So warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. A Bang and the Watermark have won our hearts and we will definitely return. Thankyou to Tania for everything.

The property was in a great location, very clean and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the beach was just short walk away.

Das Watermark ist ein familien-(Schwestern-)geführtes Hotel in An Bang, ein kleiner Ort am Meer nahe Hoi An. Unser Aufenthalt hier als Familie war wirklich exzellent. Touy und Ha sind einfach spitze. Auch die anderen 2 Frauen, die im Hotel für das Wohl der Gäste sorgen (ebenfalls Ha und Ha) sind wie die 2 Schwestern unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, und vor allem tiefenentspannt. All dies + natürlich die wunderschönen Zimmer, die perfekte Lage für Strand und Ausflüge, Ihre Schneiderkunst (in dessen Genuss mein Mann gekommen ist, wirklich klasse!), sowie das leckere Frühstück und der schöne Pool haben uns ein ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis beschert. Nachdem wir weitergereist waren in Viet Nam, haben wir unsere Reisepläne sogar noch einmal umgeworfen, um hierher zurückzukehren. Danke an das gesamte Team, wir vermissen Euch schon und werden eines Tages wiederkommen! <3 GFT.

Beautiful facilities & stylisch interior. The room was really nice and cozy. Hotel is in a quiet street and very close to the beach. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We also loved the pool!
